The upper colored band is a horizontally oriented rectangular red field, with bold black and white lines adjoining its longer sides. The central band is a rectangular navy blue field placed diagonally, to the lower longer side of which black and white bold lines adjoin, while on the navy blue background of this band there is the inscription "HORTINO" in white capital letters, and on the left side of it there is a graphic symbol representing a stylized snowball composed of three white arms placed symmetrically to each other, every 120°, whose axes of symmetry intersect at one point.
