Abstract

The outer sleeve (10), piston with piston plate (O) and drive belt (1) for the up and down movement of the glue mass which also serves as the operating element, form one unit designed as an injection moulded blank. The drive belt is attached each side to the piston plate and has at its apex a pressure plate (3) which forms the crossing point between the drive belt and side edge of a pressure shield (2) mounted on either side of it. Round the circumference of the piston there are two guide rings (7) and sealing elements (4). The piston plate (O) has on its side projecting into the sleeve (10) anchorage elements for the adhesive substance in the form of bristles (6). The piston is connected after ejection from the injection moulding machine by bridges (5) to the inside of the sleeve. A snap ring (9) for fitting a cap is provided on the lower open end of the sleeve.
