Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka z miark a z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zw laszcza do umieszczania w niej srodków myj acych, czyszcz acych, dezodoryzuj acych, bakteriobój- czych i dezynfekcyjnych oraz do rozprowadzania ich w handlu. Istot a wzoru jest nowa, nadaj aca si e do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma zewn etrzna butelki, któ- ra w odniesieniu do znanych wcze sniej opakowa n przejawia si e w szczególno sci w oryginalnym jej ukszta ltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku od ty lu, od strony uchwytu, fig. 3 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku od przodu, od strony pionowego wska znika poziomu p lynu. Butelka wed lug niniejszego wzoru przemys lowego ma nast epuj ace cechy istotne: butelka ma kszta lt walca zw ezaj acego si e od po lowy wysoko sci lukowo do góry. The essence of the design is the bottle's new, reproducible external form, which, compared to previously known packaging, manifests itself in particular in its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back, from the handle side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from a perspective view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the front, from the vertical liquid level indicator side. The bottle according to this industrial design has the following essential features: the bottle is cylindrical in shape, tapering from mid-height upwards. In the tapering section, its half is vertically cut out, forming a handle. Opposite the handle is a vertical, transparent liquid level indicator with a scale. The bottle is equipped with a spout located symmetrically at the top. The bottom of the bottle is circular in shape, and in the lower part the bottle has two circumferential embossments for placing labels between them, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
