Pojemnik na odpady Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 11.07.2000. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik na odpady. Istote wzoru stenowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidocznio- ny na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje pojemnik w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w wido- ku z boku, a fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik na odpady wedlug wzoru ma postac pionowego walca z pólkolistym zakonczeniem górnym i plaskim dnem. Na powierzchni zewnetrznej pojemnika znajduje sie wy- pukle zebra, które przylegaja do siebie i polozone sawzdluz pobocznie walca i pólkolistego zakonczenia górnego. Zebro polozone w plaszczyznie pionowej na osi syme- trii wystaje równomiernie ponad powierzchnie zewne- trzna pojemnika i ma zaokraglone obrzeze. W pólkolistym zakonczeniu górnym znajduje sie polo- zone naprzeciw siebie wydluzone otwory wrzutowe. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a frontal view, Fig. 2 - the container in a side view, and Fig. 3 - the container in a top view. The waste container, according to the design, has the form of a vertical cylinder with a semicircular upper end and a flat bottom. The outer surface of the container has convex ribs that adhere to each other and are located along the sides of the cylinder and the semicircular upper end. The rib, located vertically on the axis of symmetry, protrudes evenly above the outer surface of the container and has a rounded rim. The semicircular upper end contains elongated, opposing openings.
