Kazdy z wyzej wymienionych elementów skladowych (Figury 2-3) posiada cechy szczególne takie jak wymiary i wyglad które zostaly zaprojektowane tak aby polaczyly sie z korpusem i stworzyly oprawe LED. When properly installed, the fixture emits light at a 45-degree angle so that anyone standing in front of the fixture is not blinded by the light emitted by the LEDs. The LED fixture consists of an aluminum base (body) and a polycarbonate diffuser. Inside the body there is space for placing LED light sources where the LEDs emit light. The essence of the industrial design solution is an aluminum base and a plastic shade, which is attached to the base from the front using a mechanical latch of the shade with profiled protrusions in the base of the body. Installation takes place without the use of additional elements and is possible even in situations where the installation space is limited by side walls and sliding the cover after attaching the body to the surface on the side of the fixture is not possible. The design is presented in Figure 1. The base is an extruded aluminum profile with a cross-sectional shape similar to a parallelogram, with one flattened angle and one rounded angle, and a centrally located rectangular opening for the lampshade, with the features shown in Figure 2. The fixture comprises a lampshade made of polycarbonate or another light-transmitting material with the features specified in Figure 3. Each of the aforementioned components (Figures 2-3) has specific features such as dimensions and appearance, which have been designed to connect with the body and create an LED fixture. Figure 2. The base consists of two parallel side walls (arms) of identical shape (1) connected by a bottom wall (2). The side walls are positioned at right angles to the bottom wall. Each side wall has a cross-section similar to a right-angled triangle, with a right angle pointing outward (1). The upper part of each side wall has a shaped latching protrusion adapted to the size and shape of the lampshade, located inward (3). The lower wall has a cross-section similar to a right-angled triangle, rotated at a 90° angle downward and slightly rounded. The individual body parts form a monolith. Figure 3. The cover (lampshade) is attached to the body from the front by pressing and mechanically latching the lampshade into profiled protrusions inside the body. The advantage of the fixture's design is the simple opening and closing of the cover from the front without the need to insert the shade into the housing from the side. This significantly simplifies installation and ensures trouble-free installation in situations where the mounting space is limited by side walls and inserting the shade into the housing from the side is impossible. Installation is convenient and quick, requiring no tools, and the fixture is secured using snap-in holders that hold the fixture by two edges. Essential features of the industrial design: • proportional shape (width/height) • the base has two identical shaped snap-in protrusions enabling the lampshade to be mounted • the base has an internal channel enabling the installation of LED strips • a uniquely shaped snap-in cover • a uniquely shaped base enabling the fixture to be mounted at a 90° angle • the fixture emits light at a 45° angle.
