Description

PLThe heating of the boilers, in which the pipes, insulating tubes and fabrics are permeated, is carried out either by means of heating coils placed inside the boiler or by means of the inner wall of the boiler, in this case made in the form of a double-walled tank. The permeating mass in the boiler adjacent to the heating coils or the wall of the boiler has a different temperature than the mass in the center of the boiler. Supersaturated items do not allow heat exchange by convection. The heat exchange by conduction alone, however, is not sufficient because of the low conductivity of the supersaturated materials. For this reason, the supersaturating mass in different parts of the boiler is heated to different temperatures and therefore has a different density. In the boiler, mounted in a known manner rotating on the axis, similar differences in temperature and concentration can be compensated during the process. supersaturation, and without the use of special devices, such as stirrers, built into the boiler, and without the need to open the boiler. The best way to do this is to make the boiler rotate, and after a few revolutions the speed of rotation of the boiler is reduced, stopping it either completely, or making it rotate in the opposite direction. This process is repeated purposefully several times, depending on the need, some individual supersaturating mass particles *) due to their inertia are thrown away from the places where they were before the boiler was put in a rotary motion and thus the boiler is mixed well with the supersaturating mass, so that even in cases where the supernatant mass is located between the supersaturated objects, it reaches the same temperature throughout the boiler, and thus the same density. Claims (1)

1. Zastrzezenie patentowe. Hugo Sonnenfeld. Zastepca: Dr. techn. A. Bolland, rzecznik paientowy, Druk L. Boguslawskiego 1 Ski, Warszawa. PL1. Patent claim. The method of impregnating cables, insulating pipes and fabrics in a rotary-mounted boiler, characterized by the fact that in order to properly mix the supersaturating mass in the boiler, it is rotated several times in one or both directions during the supersaturation process. Hugo Sonnenfeld. Deputy: Dr. techn. A. Bolland, patient spokesman, Druk L. Boguslawskiego 1 Ski, Warsaw. PL
