Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek do plynnych srodków spozywczych, zapobiegajacy szybkiej wymianie ciepla pomiedzy plynem znajdujacym sie w kubku a otoczeniem. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu oslony izolacyjnej pokrywajacej powierzchnie kubka od strony zewnetrznej. The subject of the industrial design is a mug for liquid foodstuffs, preventing rapid heat exchange between the liquid contained in the mug and the environment. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the insulating cover covering the outer surface of the mug. The cup, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a truncated cone with the taper downwards, has a rim in the upper part in the form of a collar, and the outer surface is made of a corrugated material, the waves of which on the front side are situated transversely to the axis of the cup and bent gently downwards, on the right side they are situated as arcs deflecting upwards to the right, on the left side they are situated as arcs deflecting upwards to the left, and on the back side they join together at the seam, forming approximately gentle cones with their apices directed upwards.
