Dzierzgon, Poland Mug The right from registration of an industrial design is valid from 2 3 .1 2 . 2 0 0 9r The subject of the industrial design is a mug for liquid foodstuffs, preventing rapid heat exchange between the liquid in the mug and the environment. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the insulating cover covering the surface of the mug from the outside. The mug, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a truncated cone with a downward taper, has a rim in the upper part in the form of a collar, and the external surface is in the form of a corrugated material, the waves of which on the front side are situated longitudinally in relation to the axis of the mug, on the right side they are situated obliquely in relation to the axis of the mug and inclined upwards to the left, on the left side they are situated obliquely in relation to the axis of the mug and inclined upwards to the right, and on the back side they join together at the seam, forming cones with their apexes directed downwards. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the view of the mug from the front, fig. 2 shows the view of the mug from the right, fig. 3 shows the view of the mug from the left, and fig. 4 shows the view of the mug from the back. 2 Essential features of the industrial design A mug in the shape of a truncated cone, tapering downwards, having a rim in the upper part in the form of a collar, distinguished by the fact that its outer surface is made of a corrugated material, the waves of which on the front side are situated longitudinally in relation to the axis of the mug, on the right side are situated obliquely in relation to the axis of the mug and inclined upwards to the left, on the left side are situated obliquely in relation to the axis of the mug and inclined upwards to the right, and on the back side they join together at the seam, forming cones directed with their apexes downwards, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
