Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu po siadajaca indywidualne wzornictwo przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie i budowie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia piaskownice posiadajaca po przeciwleglych stronach laweczki majace siedziska oraz zamocowany do boku piaskowni- cy stolik z laweczka majaca siedzisko, a fig. 2 piaskownice posiadajaca po przeciwleglych stronach laweczki majace siedziska, przy czym jedna z nich ma takze oparcie oraz zamocowany do boku piaskownicy stolik z lawecz ka majaca siedzisko. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 piaskownica ma ksztalt figury geome- trycznej o postaci czworoscianu, która posiada po przeciwleglych stronach laweczki majace siedziska, przy czym jedna z nich tworzy schowek na za- bawki. Do boku piaskownicy zamocowany jest stolik z laweczka majaca siedzisko. Stolik sklada sie z blatu i nóg, umieszczonych pod katem rozwar- tym, w plaszczyznie poprzecznej w stosunku do dluzszego boku blatu stoli- ka, które s a polaczone ze soba listwami. Odmiana piaskownicy uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 2 ma ksztalt figury geometrycznej o postaci czworoscianu, która posiada z jednej strony laweczke skladajaca sie z siedziska i oparcia, natomiast po przeciwleglej stronie laweczke skladajaca sie tylko z siedziska. Równiez po tej stronie do boku piaskownicy zamocowany jest stolik z laweczka majaca siedzisko. Stolik sklada sie z blatu i nóg, umieszczonych pod katem rozwartym, w plaszczyznie poprzecznej w stosunku do dluzszego boku blatu stolika, które polaczone s a ze soba listwami. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object with an individual design manifested in its shape and structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a sandbox with benches with seats on opposite sides and a table with a bench and a seat attached to the side of the sandbox, and Fig. 2 shows a sandbox with benches with seats on opposite sides, one of which also has a backrest and a table with a bench and a seat attached to the side of the sandbox. As shown in Fig. 1, the sandbox has the shape of a geometric figure in the form of a tetrahedron, with benches with seats on opposite sides, one of which forms a storage compartment for toys. A table with a bench and seat is attached to the side of the sandbox. The table consists of a tabletop and legs placed at an obtuse angle, transverse to the longer side of the tabletop, which are connected by slats. The sandbox variant shown in Figure 2 is shaped like a geometric figure in the form of a tetrahedron, with a bench consisting of a seat and backrest on one side and a bench consisting only of a seat on the opposite side. A table with a bench and seat is also attached to the side of the sandbox on this side. The table consists of a tabletop and legs placed at an obtuse angle, transverse to the longer side of the tabletop, which are connected by slats. List of individual sandbox variants: 1.
