LISTWA RAMIAKOWA CIENIOWANA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa ramiakowi cieniowana. Listwa ramiakowa cieniowana jest bazowym produktem w produkcji frontów drzwiowych plycinowych do zestawów meblowych. Listwy ramiakowe posiadaja wzdluz przedniej krawedzi wyfrezowany wreg, w którym osadzona jest plycizna. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych krawedzi tworzacych listwe ramiakowa, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, cieniowaniu, naniesionemu wzorowi, sposobie wykonczenia i rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. The shaded stile is a basic product in the production of paneled door fronts for furniture sets. The stiles have a milled groove along the front edge, in which the panel is embedded. The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial shaping of the individual edges forming the stile, manifesting itself in their shape, line layout, colors, shading, applied pattern, finishing method, and structural solution, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and photographs. Figure "Fig." 2A shows the stile from a side view - cross-section of the stile; figure "Fig." 2B. The stile is a profiled furniture element made of MDF board. In a side section, the strip consists of four edges serving the functions: base of the strip, back of the strip, top of the strip, front of the strip. The base of the strip Fig. "Fig." 2a is a straight plane connected at a 90-degree angle with the back of the strip Fig. "Fig." 2c and the front of the strip Fig. "Fig." 2f by small arcs Fig. "Fig." 2b, constituting ¼ part of a circle. The back of the strip, fig. "Fig. 2c, is also a straight section, perpendicular to the base of the strip, fig. "Fig. 2a, and connected to the upper part of the strip by a perpendicularly milled groove. The upper part of the strip is the most significant edge, which is clearly visible in fig. "Fig." 2B. The upper edge of the strip is a profile composed of arches, alternately concave and convex in relation to the base of the strip. Three longitudinal shaded lines, fig. "Fig." 2Bg, and the applied chain pattern, fig. "Fig." 2Bh, are clearly visible, which definitely gives the frame strip an original and unique character. 1The top of the strip, fig. "Fig." 2Ad, consists of a convex arch, fig. "Fig." 2Ae. The upper surface of the strip is flat and connects to the rebate by means of an arc constituting a ¼ part of a circle segment. It is worth emphasizing that the outer edges of the arc are two shaded lines, fig. "Fig." 2Bg., approximately 3 mm wide. Another characteristic feature of the strip is the shape of the rebate, fig. "Fig." 2Af. It has the shape of a perpendicular milled groove. On the upper, flat part of the rebate there is a chain pattern, which emphasizes the aesthetic value of the strip, fig. "Fig."2Bh. On the opposite strip there is also a perpendicular milled groove along the entire strip. The upper edge of this groove is finished with a shaded line fig. "Fig. 2Bg" with a width of about 3 mm. Essential features of the industrial design: Characteristic features of the presented shaded slat are, among others, the upper surface of the slat fig. "Fig." 2B, photo "Fig." 1 D and in particular: - the shape of the rebate (longitudinally milled with a square cross-section) fig. "Fig." 2Af, photo "Fig." 1 A, located in the front part of the slat - the shape of the arc connecting the upper surface of the rebate with the upper surface of the slat fig. "Fig." 2Ae (¼ circle shape), photo "Fig." 1A - shape and location of the chain pattern along the strip, fig. "Fig." 2Ah - shape of the strip's base, which is a straight plane connected at a 90-degree angle to the back of the strip. - The most characteristic, however, are the shape and decorative and visual values of the frame strip located on its upper surface, in particular the number of shaded lines (3 lines, in their color close to graphite), their arrangement - two lines placed on the front side of the strip, fig. "Fig." 2Ag, and one on the opposite side, photo "Fig." 1 D 2- Shape and location of the decorative element (in its shape it resembles a chain, the links of which are outlined with a straight line) - fig.
