Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego budki handlowej jest nowa postac prze- jawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztalcie oryginalnej konstrukcji, kolorach, elementach deko- racyjnych, nadajacych budce oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w trzech odmianach wykonania. The new and original features of the industrial design of the sales booth are a new form manifested in the features of lines, contours, the shape of the original construction, colours, decorative elements, giving the booth an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in three versions. The first version is presented in Fig. 1, the second version in Fig. 2, and the third version in Fig. 3. In the first version, the sales booth has a side surface rounded in the shape of the "oscypek" cheese, with the central part in the shape of a cylinder and the upper and lower parts in the shape of a trapezium, parts are separated by two rings located on the perimeter, the booth has a decorative roof with a two-layer covering with a decorative element in its upper part. The sales booth according to the industrial design is made of wood. The second variety differs from the first variety in the shape of the side surface, which is very gently rounded and has a decorative element in the form of a peak on the roof of the booth. The third variety differs from the second variety in that it has a central part of the side wall almost straight, while the lower part is diagonal, and a decorative element closing the window in its central part, the third variety of the industrial design is in the color of light walnut. The sales booth is characterized by the fact that it has sides with a rounded shape in the shape of "oscypek" and a two-layer roof, but the wall of the booth is uniform and has a window with decorative hinges in the central part, which is shown in the attached illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the sales booth that distinguish it from other booths are a new form manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, colors, ornamentation, construction and assembly. The sales booth has a side surface rounded in the pattern of "oscypek" cheese, with the middle part in the shape of a cylinder and the upper and lower in the shape of a trapezium, the parts are separated by two rings located on the perimeter, the booth has a decorative roof with a two-layer covering with a decorative element in its upper part. The sales booth according to the industrial design is made of wood, has a window in the central part consisting of two wings with decorative hinges and a door in the rear invisible surface. The second variety differs from the first variety in the shape of the side surface, which is very gently rounded and has a decorative element in the form of a peak on the roof of the booth.
