Pojemnik na produkty spozywcze -1 - Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie, zwlaszcza jako opakowanie róznego rodzaju salatek, ryb i ich przetworów oraz innych takich jak produkty mleczne i przetwory miesne. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia fragment pojemnika, w przekroju wzdluznym, obejmujacym zamkniecie. Cechy istotne wzoru przejawiaja sie w nowym oryginalnym ksztalcie. Pojemnik ten ogólnym ksztaltem przypomina wiadro o przekroju poprzecznym w postaci okregu, zamkniete od góry pokrywka, przy czym pokrywka ma charakterystyczne zamkniecie w ksztalcie stylizowanej, odwróconej litery „V" , której ramie zewnetrzne, zakonczone jest zewnetrznym wygieciem, w przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „u" od góry zakrytej.- 2 - F i g . 1 F i g . 2 PL PLFood Container -1 - The subject of the industrial design is a food container, commonly used, particularly for packaging various types of salads, fish and fish products, and other products such as dairy products and meat products.
