OPAKOWANIE Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim saszetek, w szczególnosci z suplementami diety i lekarstwami. Opakowanie charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt i wzajemny uklad elementów, z których sie sklada. Opakowanie bedace przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma postac dwóch elementów umieszczonych jeden w drugim. Element zewnetrzny ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu i stanowi pudelko zamykane od góry wieczkiem. Natomiast umieszczany w nim element wewnetrzny ma ksztalt eliptycznego walca. Element wewnetrzny jest otwarty od góry, wykonany jest ze sztywnego, odpornego na wode materialu i posiada jedno wyprofilowanie w ksztalcie „dziubka", co powoduje, ze spelnia funkcje naczynia dozujacego i chroni saszetki przed uszkodzeniem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig.l. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok elementów opakowania oddzielnie, a fig. 3 przedstawia sposób umieszczania saszetek wewnatrz opakowania. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Opakowanie skladajace sie z dwóch elementów, z których zewnetrzny element ma postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka zamykanego od góry wieczkiem, a umieszczany w nim wewnetrzny element ma postac otwartego od góry eliptycznego walca z jednym wyprofilowaniem w ksztalcie "dziubka".fig. 1fig. 2fig. 3 PLPACKAGING The subject of the industrial design is packaging intended to contain sachets, particularly dietary supplements and medications. The packaging is characterized by a new and unique form, given to it by the shape and mutual arrangement of its components. The packaging that is the subject of the industrial design is in the form of two elements placed one inside the other. The outer element is cuboid-shaped and constitutes a box closed at the top with a lid. The inner element, however, is in the shape of an elliptical cylinder. The inner element is open at the top, made of a rigid, water-resistant material, and has a single "spout"-shaped profile, which means it functions as a dispensing container and protects the sachets from damage. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing - Fig. 1. Fig. 2 shows a view of the packaging elements separately, and Fig. 3 shows the method of placing the sachets inside the packaging. Essential features of the industrial design: Packaging consisting of two elements, of which the outer element is in the form of a cuboidal box closed at the top with a lid, and the inner element placed inside it is in the form of an elliptical cylinder open at the top with one "spout"-shaped profile.
