Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do wypelnienia materialem przeznaczonym do produkcji swiec z umieszczonym knotem i wówczas tworzy podgrzewacz, który ma funkcje ozdobne, a takze sluzy do podtrzymywania temperatury dzbanka zaparzonej kawy lub herbaty. Znane sa powszechnie pojemniki tego rodzaju, które sa wykonane w postaci cien- kosciennego naczynia w ksztalcie zblizonym do niskiego walca, w którym stosunek wyso- kosci do srednicy najczesciej przyjmuje wartosc jak 2 : 5. Dno pojemnika jest wyprofilo- wane w taki sposób, ze otoczone obrzezem, utworzonym z bocznej, walcowej scianki i podstawy, ma nieco wglebiona, wzgledem kolowego obrzeza, plaska, zewnetrzna, pier- scieniowa powierzchnie, a wielkosc wglebienia nie przekracza 1/ 10 wysokosci pojemnika. Tak wglebiona powierzchnia ma trzy lub cztery wglebienia lub wypuklosci rozstawione równomiernie na obwodzie i styczne do plaszczyzny kolowego obrzeza. W centralnej cze- sci dna jest niewielkie, plaskie wypietrzenie w kierunku plaszczyzny kolowego obrzeza, najczesciej w odleglosci nieprzekraczajacej polowy odleglosci dna od niej. Kolowe obrzeze ma równo rozstawione trzy lub cztery wglebienia usztywniajace. Takie pojemniki sa malo estetyczne i niewygodne w przechowywaniu i transporcie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pojemnika na podgrzewacz, nadane mu przez jego charakterystyczne ksztalty. Commonly known containers of this type are made in the form of a thin-walled vessel in a shape similar to a low cylinder, with a height-to-diameter ratio typically of 2:5. The bottom of the container is profiled so that, surrounded by a rim formed by a cylindrical side wall and a base, it has a slightly recessed, flat, annular outer surface relative to the circular rim, and the recess does not exceed 1/10 of the container's height. This recessed surface has three or four recesses or convexities evenly spaced around the circumference and tangential to the plane of the circular rim. In the central part of the bottom, there is a small, flat elevation toward the plane of the circular rim, usually at a distance no greater than half the distance from the bottom. The circular rim has three or four evenly spaced stiffening recesses. Such containers are unsightly and inconvenient to store and transport. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individual form of the water heater container, given to it by its characteristic shapes.
