Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - bransolety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i zóltego zlota z brylantami.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - a bracelet, manifested in an original design and workmanship. A pattern made, for example, of white and yellow gold with diamonds.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji - Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - Fig. 1 - widok bransolety, - Fig. 2 i 3 - widok fragmentu bransolety w zblizeniu; Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: bransoleta zbudowana z szeregu kwadratowych ogniw na podbudowie polaczonych przegubowo. Ogniwo zbudowane w ten sposób, ze po zewnetrznych stronach wierzchniej powierzchni poprowadzono dwie przepaski wysadzane kamieniami. W srodku umieszczono po przekatnej kwadratowy bialy element ozdobiony poczwórna karejka. W naroznikach zewnetrznej ramki - trójkatne karejki.
