Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - zawieszki, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego i zóltego zlota z brylantami.The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product - pendants, manifested in the original design and workmanship. A pattern made, for example, of white and yellow gold with diamonds.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji - Fig. 1.The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration - Fig. 1.
Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: zawieszka skladajaca sie z kulki o scietej podstawie i szczycie z bialego zlota. W szczycie przylutowane zólte ogniwko posredniczace. Podstawa zamknieta zóltym puklem. Boczna powierzchnia kulki podzielona na trzy czesci wysadzana kamieniami oprawionymi w korny. Czesci te oddzielone sa od siebie waskimi zóltymi wstawkami. Wszystkie krawedzie ozdobione wyraznym milgryfem.
