Drzwi harmonijkowe Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa drzwi harmonijkowe przeznaczone do zastosowan we wnetrzach budynków, w szczególnosci w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych. Istota wzoru jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac drzwi przejawiajaca sie w ich konstrukcji, wzajemnym ukladzie paneli tworzacych harmonijkowe skrzydlo, rozmieszczeniu szybek wprawionych w panele oraz wzorze pokrywajacym te szybki. Wzór przemyslowy w dwóch odmianach zilustrowano na arkuszu zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia drzwi harmonijkowe o barwie drewna klonowego, zas fig. 2 przedstawia drzwi harmonijkowe o barwie drewna orzecha wloskiego. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: Odmiana nr 1: Drzwi harmonijkowe w odmianie pierwszej wzoru przemyslowego maja elementy konstrukcyjne o barwie drewna klonowego, przy czym jako elementy konstrukcyjne nalezy rozumiec rame i elementy skrzydla harmonijkowego z wylaczeniem szybek. Odmiana nr 2: Drzwi harmonijkowe w odmianie drugiej wzoru przemyslowego maja elementy konstrukcyjne o barwie drewna orzecha wloskiego, przy czym jako elementy konstrukcyjne nalezy rozumiec rame i elementy skrzydla harmonijkowego z wylaczeniem szybek. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ¦ harmonijkowe skrzydlo drzwi sklada sie z szesciu polaczonych ze soba zawiasowo prostokatnych paneli, w ukladzie pionowym, przy czym cztery panele srodkowe sa szersze od dwóch paneli skrajnych, z których jeden jest polaczony zawiasowo z elementem pionowym ramy, a drugi jest polaczony - równiez zawiasowo - z prostokatnym elementem listwowym zaopatrzonym w uchwyt w postaci oblej galki, umieszczonej mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci skrzydla drzwi; ¦ dwa skrajne, wezsze panele skrzydla drzwi sa lite, zas w kazdy z czterech srodkowych, szerszych paneli wprawiona jest prostokatna szybka, posiadajaca wzór skladajacy sie z jasniejszego bialawego tla i 16 ciemniejszych, szarawych elementów kwadratowych, rozmieszczonych regularnie w pojedynczym szeregu pionowym, przy czym bok kazdego elementu kwadratowego jest nieznacznie mniejszy od szerokosci szybki. 1FIG. 1 FIG. 2 Fen Sp. z o.o.; Polska Pelnomocnik: PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a folding door intended for use in building interiors, particularly residential spaces. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the door, manifested in its construction, the mutual arrangement of the panels forming the folding door leaf, the arrangement of the glass panes set into the panels, and the pattern covering the glass panes. The industrial design in two variations is illustrated on the collective sheet, where Fig. 1 depicts a maple-colored folding door, while Fig. 2 depicts a walnut-colored folding door. Industrial design variations: Variation No. 1: The folding door in the first variation of the industrial design has structural elements in the color of maple wood, where structural elements are understood to mean the frame and elements of the folding door leaf, excluding the glass panes. Variation No. 2: The accordion door in the second variation of the industrial design has structural elements in the color of walnut wood, whereby structural elements should be understood as the frame and elements of the accordion door leaf, excluding the glass panes. Essential features of the industrial design: ¦ the accordion door leaf consists of six rectangular panels connected vertically by hinges, with the four middle panels being wider than the two outer panels, one of which is hinged to the vertical element of the frame, and the other is connected – also hinged – to a rectangular slatted element equipped with a handle in the form of a rounded knob, placed approximately halfway up the door leaf; ¦ the two outer, narrower panels of the door leaf are solid, while each of the four middle, wider panels is fitted with a rectangular glass pane with a pattern consisting of a lighter, whitish background and 16 darker, grayish square elements, arranged regularly in a single vertical row, with the side of each square element being slightly smaller than the width of the glass pane. 1FIG. 1 FIG. 2 Fen Sp. z o.o.; Poland Representative: PL PL
