Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kubka zawierajaca kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna wyrózniajaca kubek sposród innych kubków oferowanych na rynku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kubek wedlug wzoru, w widoku w perspektywie, fig. 2 przedstawia kubek jak na fig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia kubek jak na fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 przedstawia kubek jak na fig. 1 odwrócony, w widoku w perspektywie. Cechami istotnymi wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt i grafika wyrózniajaca kubek sposród innych kubków oferowanych na rynku. Kubek wedlug wzoru jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma scianki boczne w postaci scietej parabolidy, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej umieszczony jest uchwyt majacy ksztalt polówki elipsy. The design's essence is a new form of the mug, featuring a visual and color scheme that distinguishes the mug from other mugs available on the market. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mug according to the design, viewed in perspective; Fig. 2 shows the mug as shown in Fig. 1, viewed from the side; Fig. 3 shows the mug as shown in Fig. 1, viewed from above; and Fig. 4 shows the mug as shown in Fig. 1, viewed inverted, viewed in perspective. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and graphics that distinguish the mug from other mugs available on the market. A mug according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has side walls in the form of a truncated parabola, with a handle in the shape of a half-ellipse placed on the side surface. A mug according to the pattern shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 has a circular cross-section. A mug according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 has a shaped slit made in the wall of the mug, having an equal width along its entire length and a small length in relation to the height of the mug. The slit, as shown in Fig. 3, is open on the side of the upper edge of the mug and has rounded edges and the shape of an extended "V" with its apex turned towards the handle of the mug. The cup, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, has a vertical line on its side surface, in a dark color contrasting with the color of the cup, starting directly at the bottom of the slit in the edge of the cup, having a width equal to the width of the slit, and then narrowing towards the bottom of the cup, so that it ends in a sharp point, ending just at the bottom edge of the cup.
