Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do przechowy- wania artykulów spozywczych. Nowe i indywidualne cechy pojemnika, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawiaja sie w jego ksztalcie oraz uksztaltowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonej ilustracji. Zgloszenie obejmuje dwie odmiany wzoru. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut górny pojemnika w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia rzut frontowy pojemnika w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia rzut boczny pojemnika w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia rzut dolny pojemnika w pierwszej odmianie. Pojemnik w pierwszej odmianie wedlug wzoru stanowi naczynie w ksztalcie zwezajacego sie ku dolowi walca, z którym trwale polaczone sa teleskopowo dwie obrecze. Dno naczynia jest w ksztalcie kola. Górna krawedz naczynia jest okregiem o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy kola, bedacego dnem naczynia. Na górna krawedz naczynia jest nalozona, trwale z nim polaczona, pierwsza obrecz, rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, o wysokosci ok. 1/3 wysokosci naczynia. Na górna krawedz pierwszej obreczy jest nalozona, trwale z nia polaczona, druga obrecz, rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, o wysokosci ok. 1/3 wysokosci naczynia. Od górnej krawedzi drugiej obreczy odchodza dwa uchwyty, umieszczone naprzeciw siebie. Na górna krawedz pierwszej obreczy jest nalozona, trwale z nia polaczona, druga obrecz, rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, o wysokosci ok. 1/3 wysokosci naczynia. Od górnej krawedzi drugiej obreczy odchodza dwa uchwyty, umieszczone naprzeciw siebie. Wieko umieszczone jest wewnatrz kubka, ponizej jego górnej krawedzi. Wieko jest okragle, jego krawedz zakonczona jest zabkami oraz dwoma uchami. Ucha znajduja sie naprzeciw siebie i przylegaja do uchwytów górnej krawedzi drugiej obreczy. Ucha sa szerokosci trzykrotnie wiekszej od jednego zabka oraz wysokosci ok 1½ wysokosci jednego zabka. Zabki wieka przylegaja do we- wnetrznej, górnej czesci drugiej obreczy. The new and unique features of the container, according to the industrial design, are manifested in its shape and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. The application covers two variants of the design. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Figures 1 to 4, where Figure 1 shows a top view of the container in the first variant, Figure 2 shows a front view of the container in the first variant, Figure 3 shows a side view of the container in the first variant, and Figure 4 shows a bottom view of the container in the first variant. The container in the first variant, according to the design, is a vessel in the shape of a cylinder tapering downward, to which two rims are permanently connected telescopically. The bottom of the vessel is circular. The upper rim of the vessel is a circle with a diameter larger than the diameter of the circle that forms the bottom of the vessel. A first rim, widening upwards and measuring approximately 1/3 of the vessel's height, is placed on the upper rim and permanently connected to it. A second rim, widening upwards and measuring approximately 1/3 of the vessel's height, is placed on the upper rim and permanently connected to it. From the upper edge of the second rim, two handles extend, placed opposite each other. Essential features of the first type of container: – the container is a vessel in the shape of a cylinder tapering downwards, – two rims are permanently connected to the vessel telescopically, – the bottom of the vessel is circular, – the upper edge of the vessel is a circle with a diameter larger than the diameter of the circle that is the bottom of the vessel, – the first rim is placed on the upper edge of the vessel and is permanently connected to it, widening upwards, with a height of approximately 1/3 of the vessel height, – the second rim is placed on the upper edge of the first rim and is permanently connected to it, widening upwards, with a height of approximately 1/3 of the vessel height, – two handles extending from the upper edge of the second rim, placed opposite each other. The second variant of the container, according to the design, is characterized by consisting of two parts: a vessel and a lid. The vessel is in the shape of a cylinder that narrows downward, to which two rims are telescopically connected. The bottom of the vessel is circular. The upper edge of the vessel is a circle with a diameter greater than the diameter of the circle that forms the bottom of the vessel. A first rim, widening upward and measuring approximately 1/3 of the height of the vessel, is permanently attached to the upper edge of the vessel and is permanently attached to it. The upper edge of the first rim is covered with, and permanently connected to, a second rim, widening upwards and approximately 1/3 the height of the vessel. Two handles extend from the upper edge of the second rim, placed opposite each other. The lid is placed inside the cup, below its upper edge. The lid is round, its edge terminated in prongs and two handles. The handles are opposite each other and adhere to the handles on the upper edge of the second rim. The handles are three times the width of one prong and approximately 1 1/2 the height of one prong. The prongs of the lid adhere to the inner, upper part of the second rim.
