Twórcy wzoru zdobniczego: Janusz Pacek, Tadeusz Jobda Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 3 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do pakowania plynów, zwlaszcza kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zestawieniu barw. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig.3 - widok butelki od strony podstawy. Butelka o oplywowych ksztaltach ma podstawe w ksztalcie elipsy. W dnie podstawy, w miejscu przeciecia osi elipsy, wyzlobione jest male okragle zaglebienie. Sciana boczna lekko rozszerza sie od podstawy ku górze, przy górnym zwienczeniu jest zaokraglona az do miejsca styku z nasadka, tak, ze os wielka najwiekszego przekroju poprzecznego butelki jest wyraznie dluzsza od osi wielkiej podstawy, natomiast os mala tego przekroju jest nieznacznie dluzsza od osi malej podstawy butelki. Nasadka ma ksztalt kapelusza pieczarki o lekko podwinietym brzegu, scisle przylegajacym do górnej sciany butelki. Najwieksza srednica przekroju nasadki jest równa dlugosci osi wielkiej eliptycznej podstawy butelki. Na powierzchni nasadki, na poziomie okolo V* maksymalnej jej wysokosci, umieszczony jest okalajacy nasadke pasek ozdobny. Krawedz pomiedzy sciana boczna a podstawa jest wyoblona. Butelka i nasadka moga byc wykonane w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. The subject of the decorative pattern is a bottle intended for packing liquids, especially cosmetic liquids. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and combination of colors. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 - side view, fig. 3 - bottom view of the bottle. The streamlined bottle has an ellipse-shaped base. At the bottom of the base, at the intersection of the ellipse axis, a small circular depression is embossed. The side wall slightly widens from the base upwards, at the upper end it is rounded up to the point of contact with the cap, so that the major axis of the largest cross-section of the bottle is clearly longer than the axis of the large base, while the minor axis of this cross-section is slightly longer than the minor axis the base of the bottle. The cap is in the shape of a mushroom hat with a slightly tucked rim, tightly touching the top wall of the bottle. The greatest diameter of the cap section is equal to the axis length of the great elliptical base of the bottle. On the surface of the cap, at the level of about V * of its maximum height, there is a decorative strip surrounding the cap. The edge between the side wall and the base is curved. Claims

Protective Claims 1. A bottle with streamlined shapes, characterized by an ellipse-shaped base, a small circular recess at the base at the intersection of the ellipse axis, the edge between the base and the side wall is rounded, while the side wall extends from the base upwards, at the upper end it is rounded up to the point of contact with the cap, so that the major axis of the largest cross-section of the bottle is clearly longer than the axis of the large base, and the minor axis of this cross-section is slightly longer than the axis of the small base of the bottle, while the cap has the shape a mushroom cap with a slightly tucked edge, tightly adjacent to the top wall of the bottle, the largest diameter of the cross-section of the cap being equal to the long axis of the large elliptical base of the bottle, and on the surface of the cap, at about% of its maximum height, a decorative strip around the cap, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-3.
