Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do pakowania plynów, zwlaszcza kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zestawieniu barw. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig.3 - widok butelki od strony podstawy. Butelka o oplywowych ksztaltach ma podstawe w ksztalcie elipsy. W dnie podstawy, w miejscu przeciecia osi elipsy, wyzlobione jest male okragle zaglebienie. Sciana boczna lekko rozszerza sie od podstawy ku górze, przy górnym zwienczeniu jest zaokraglona az do miejsca styku z nasadka, tak, ze os wielka najwiekszego przekroju poprzecznego butelki jest wyraznie dluzsza od osi wielkiej podstawy, natomiast os mala tego przekroju jest nieznacznie dluzsza od osi malej podstawy butelki. Nasadka ma ksztalt kapelusza pieczarki o lekko podwinietym brzegu, scisle przylegajacym do górnej sciany butelki. Najwieksza srednica przekroju nasadki jest równa dlugosci osi wielkiej eliptycznej podstawy butelki. Na powierzchni nasadki, na poziomie okolo V* maksymalnej jej wysokosci, umieszczony jest okalajacy nasadke pasek ozdobny. Krawedz pomiedzy sciana boczna a podstawa jest wyoblona. The design is a bottle intended for packaging liquids, particularly cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and color combination. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the base. The streamlined bottle has an elliptical base. A small circular depression is carved into the base, where the ellipse's axes intersect. The side wall slightly widens from the base upwards and is rounded at the upper crown to the point of contact with the cap, so that the major axis of the bottle's largest cross-section is clearly longer than the major axis of the base, while the minor axis of this cross-section is slightly longer than the minor axis of the bottle's base. The cap is shaped like a mushroom cap with a slightly rolled-up edge that fits snugly against the upper wall of the bottle. The largest diameter of the cap's cross-section is equal to the length of the major axis of the elliptical bottle's base. A decorative band is placed on the cap's surface, at approximately the V* level of its maximum height, surrounding the cap. The edge between the side wall and the base is rounded. The bottle and cap can be made in any color or color combination.
