Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Pudelko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac wielosciennej bryly, której sciany boczne maja ksztalt odwróconych trapezów równoramiennych z owalnymi wierzcholka- mi, a podstawa i pokrywa sa prostokatami. Podstawe pudelka uformowano na ksztalt kuwety o wydluzonych sciankach bocznych, które sa nieznacznie odchylone od osi pudelka. Pokiywa pudelka zlozona jest z dwóch dopasowanych szczelnie do siebie elementów, któ- re polaczono prostokatnym zawiasem. Jeden z tych elementów posiada na swojej po- wierzchni czworokatne wybranie, a drugi element przedstawia czworokatna plytke stano- wiaca ruchome wypelnienie owego wybrania. The industrial design is presented in the illustration, in which fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the box with its lid, fig. 2 - shows the box in a perspective shot from above, fig. 3 - shows a view of the box from above, fig. 4 - shows the box with a half-open lid from above, fig. 5 - shows the bottom of the box, fig. 6 - shows the box without the lid in a perspective shot from above, fig. 7 and fig. 9 and fig. 13 - shows the box lid in perspective, fig. 8 - shows the elongated side wall of the box, fig. 10 and fig. 11 and fig. 12 - a close-up shows quadrangular projections and quadrangular panels as well as widened edges made on the edges of the recess and flap in the box lid. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The box is characterized by its polyhedral shape, the side walls of which are inverted isosceles trapezoids with oval vertices, while the base and lid are rectangles. The base of the box is formed in the shape of a cuvette with elongated side walls that are slightly inclined from the box axis. The lid of the box is composed of two tightly fitted elements connected by a rectangular hinge. One of these elements has a quadrangular recess on its surface, and the other element represents a quadrangular plate that constitutes a movable filling of this recess. The matching of these two elements is made possible by the widened edges and specially formed quadrangular projections located on the periphery of the quadrangular recess, as well as similarly formed quadrangular panels and thickenings made on the periphery of the movable quadrangular plate. These specially formed quadrangular projections and panels ensure easy opening of the box lid by gently pressing it, and also guarantee the tightness of the box collecting hygiene materials. Additional tightness is provided by the widened oval lid collars, composed of two rings, formed on the edges and corners. 2. The box lid is characterized in that the ratio of width, length and height is in the range of 922 : 1136 : 100. 3. The quadrangular recess in the box lid element is characterized in that the ratio of width to length is in the range of 616 : 756. 4. The quadrangular plate constituting a movable filling of the recess in the box lid element is characterized in that the ratio of width to length is in the range of 651 : 806. 5. The box is characterized in that the ratio of the width and length of the bottom of the box base is in the range of 8160 : 10335 while the ratio of the width, length of the top of the box base and the height of the box base is in the range of 8740 : 10910 : 4285. 6.
