Przedmiotem wynalazku jest strumieniowy palnik gazowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie zwla¬ szcza do opalania pieców komorowych, palenisk kotlowych oraz innych pieców przemyslowych.Znany palnik wirowy zawiera komore cylindryczna z usytuowanym stycznie do niej wylotem przewodu powietrznego oraz usytuowany w srodku komory i zakonczony dysza wylot przewodu gazowego. Znany palnik plaskoplomienny zawiera komore cylindryczna z usytuowanym stycznie do niej wylotem przewodu powietrznego oraz usytuowany w srodku komory i zakonczony dysza wylot przewodu gazowego. Znane z opisu patentowego ZSRR nr 249 534 urzadzenie do intensyfikacji mieszania gazu i powietrza zawiera usytuowane u wylotu urzadzenia, naprzeciw siebie dysze, polaczone z impulso¬ wym generatorem powietrza. Zmieniajace sie cyklicznie natezenie przeplywu strumienia mieszaniny gazu i powietrza w kanalach—odgalezieniach 3 i 4 powoduje cykliczna zmiane natezenia wyplywu gazui powietrza z palnika. \ 1 ^ l ^"' ^ ^^--J 4_ '^ ^ 6 -~_^__^ \^ -2. PLThe subject of the invention is a gas jet burner, which is used in particular for firing chamber furnaces, boiler furnaces and other industrial furnaces. The known vortex burner comprises a cylindrical chamber with an air duct outlet situated tangentially to it and a gas duct outlet located in the center of the chamber and a terminated nozzle. The disadvantage of the burner is the difficulty of achieving a complete mixing of the gas with air, which does not guarantee complete combustion of the mixture with a small excess of air. Another disadvantage is the concentrated heat stream of the gas-air mixture to be burned, which causes uneven heating of the charge. The known flat flame burner comprises a cylindrical chamber with an air conduit outlet located tangentially to it, and a gas conduit outlet located in the center of the chamber and a terminated nozzle. The burner is equipped with a burner shape that enables a flat flame to be obtained. The disadvantage of this burner, in the case of exceeding the limit values of the speed of the mixture outflow from it, is the change in the shape of its flame and the loss of the properties of the flat flame burner by the burner. The device for intensifying the location of gas and air mixing at the outlet of the device, known from USSR patent no. 249 534 nozzles facing each other, connected to a pulse air generator. The burner known from the Polish patent specification No. 24 712 has nozzles, which in the upper part have two or more flow channels for gasification of the fuel. The sum of the cross sections of these channels is several times greater than that of the channel from the lower part of the nozzle. The described burner does not ensure complete mixing of the gas with air. The aim of the invention is to reduce the above-mentioned disadvantages. The essence of a gas burner containing a system of channels located in the body, from which the main channel is connected with the channels constituting its branches, that each of the channels - branches has between the main duct and their outlet, a feedback branch connected to the outlet of the main duct.2 143 437 The advantage of the gas jet burner according to the invention is simple construction and a very thorough mixing of gas with air. The gas jet burner according to the invention is schematically shown in the example of embodiment in the drawing. The subject matter of the invention includes a system of channels located in the body 1, of which the main channel 2 is connected with two channels 3 and 4 constituting its branches, connected at their outlet, each of the channels - branches 3 and 4, between the main channel 2 and their outlet, has a feedback branch 5 and 6 connected to the outlet of the main conduit 2. In the operating conditions of the gas jet burner, according to the invention, its outlet part is connected to a typical burner shape, mounted on the wall of the furnace. During the operation of the burner, the streams of air and gas supplied to the main channel 2 are divided in the branches of the main channel 2 into two smaller streams, flowing out through the outlet of channels 3 and 4, and the feedback streams, returned by branches 5 and 6 to the main channel 2 branching Due to the asymmetry of channels 3 and 4 and different flow resistance of the gas and air mixture in channels 3 and 4 caused by the tolerance of their implementation, always the stream in one of the channels 3 or 4 and the feedback stream discharged from it have a greater flow rate, while the feedback stream in one branch 5, e.g. with a higher flow rate in the main channel 2 branching causes a temporary deflection of the stream towards the channel inlet - branch 4 and an increase in the flow rate in it, in relation to the flow rate in the channel - branch 3, which in turn causes, in branch 6, an increase in the flow rate conjugation in the main channel branching, causing a momentary deviation of the stream towards the channel inlet - branches 3 and an increase in the flow intensity in it in relation to the flow rate in the channel - branch 4 and the cycle repeats. The cyclically changing flow rate of the gas-air mixture in channels - branches 3 and 4 causes a cyclical change in the intensity of gas and air outflow from the burner. 4) has between the main channel (2) and their outlet a feedback branch (5 and 6) connected to the main channel output (2). 143 437 1 1 1 1 ^ y kx. \ 1 ^ l ^ "'^ ^^ - J 4_' ^ ^ 6 - ~ _ ^ __ ^ \ ^ -2.
