Lampion Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion przeznaczony do osadzania na swiece. Lampion stanowi oslone wiatrowa plomienia swiecy oraz zapobiega przed zabrudzeniem dloni woskiem sciekajacym ze swiecy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie korpusu i koronki oraz we wzorze ornamentowym na koronce. Koronka stanowi azurowy wzór ornamentowy o powtarzajacym sie motywie roslinnym przechodzacym w krzyze, przy czym pomiedzy kazdym motywem znajduje sie element ozdobny w ksztalcie serduszka. Lampion w pierwszej odmianie ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do zwezajacego sie do dolu stozka o pobocznicy opadajacej lagodnym lukiem w kierunku podstawy.W drugiej odmianie korpus ma ksztalt walca. W trzeciej odmianie korpus ma ksztalt stozka zwezajacego sie w kierunku podstawy. W czwartej odmianie korpus ma ksztalt barylki. W piatej odmianie korpus ma ksztalt stozka rozszerzajacego sie do dolu, przy czym pobocznica stozka w dolnej czesci przechodzi lukiem w podstawe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Lampion utworzony jest z korpusu majacego od dolu podstawe, a od góry przechodzacego lukiem wkleslym w obwodowa koronke, wystajaca poza obrys powierzchni bocznej korpusu. 2. Zarys koronki w widoku z góry ma postac linii falistej utworzonej z luków o wypuklosciach skierowanych na zewnatrz. Koronka stanowi azurowy wzór ornamentowy o powtarzajacym sie motywie roslinnym przechodzacym w krzyze, przy czym pomiedzy kazdym motywem znajduje sie element ozdobny w ksztalcie serduszka. 3. The lantern acts as a windshield for the candle flame and prevents hands from getting dirty from wax dripping from the candle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the body and lace, as well as in the ornamental pattern on the lace. The base contains a holder by means of which the lantern is attached to the candle. The holder has the shape of a cone that tapers upwards. The outline of the crown from above is a wavy line formed by arcs with convexities directed outward. The lace is an openwork ornamental pattern with a repeating floral motif that transforms into crosses, with a heart-shaped decorative element between each motif. The first version of the lantern has a body shaped like a cone, tapering towards the bottom, with the sides descending in a gentle arc towards the base. The second version has a cylindrical body. The third version has a cone-shaped body that tapers towards the base. The fourth version has a barrel-shaped body. The fifth version has a cone-shaped body that widens towards the bottom, with the sides of the cone arcing into the base at the bottom. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The lantern is composed of a body with a base at the bottom, and a concave arc at the top that transforms into a circumferential lace that extends beyond the outline of the body's side surface. 2. The outline of the lace, viewed from above, is a wavy line formed by arcs with outward-facing convexities. The lace is an openwork ornamental pattern with a repeating floral motif that transforms into crosses, with a heart-shaped decorative element between each motif. 3. The first version of the lantern has a body shaped like a cone that tapers downward, with the sides falling in a gentle arc towards the base. The second version has a cylindrical body. The third version has a cone that tapers towards the base. The fourth version has a barrel-shaped body. The fifth version has a cone that widens downward, with the sides of the cone in the lower part arcing into the base.
