In known solutions, the output voltage of the power supply applied to the electrodes of the electroosmotic installation was always constant. An example of such a solution is the electric power supply connection system known from the Polish patent specification 86640 for supplying the surface electrode system for electroosootic drying of building partitions, comprising two electric branches connected in parallel, one of which is a series connection of a rectifier element with a surface electrode, placed one by one. on the side of the building partition on the upper blocking level, resistance of the zone of the dried partition, surface electrode placed on the opposite side of the partition on the lower blocking level and with a rectifying element. The second branch is a series connection of the rectifier element with a surface electrode located on the same side of the barrier on the upper blocking level, the resistance of the zone to be dried on this barrier, a surface electrode on the opposite side of the barrier on the lower blocking level and with the rectifying element. In each branch, the rectifying elements have the same conduction tube and conduct in the direction from the upper to the lower blocking level of the dried zone. The power supply system powered from an alternating current source by the use of such connected rectifying elements, regardless of the sign of the voltage supplying them, requires a current flow in the building partition in one direction from the upper electrodes to the lower electrodes. This solution has a limited usefulness as it is suitable for use. only where it is possible to install surface electrodes. Moreover, it does not provide an effective isolation of the barrier against moisture, due to the corrosion phenomenon which, after some time, is destroyed by electro-oscillation systems, which causes the barrier to become wet again. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the zero potential of the DC power supply is connected to the negative electrode of the electroosmotic installation, embedded in the ground near the foundation, and to the zero potential of the timing system, and the power supply output for the constant and voltage signals, positive and negative, symmetrical with respect to the zero potential, they are connected to the timer circuit inputs with the fact that the power supply output for the positive voltage signal is connected simultaneously with the collector of the transistor constituting one of the switching keys, and the power supply output for the negative voltage signal is simultaneously connected with the transistor collector which is the second switching key, and the bases of both transistors are connected to the outputs of the timer, while their connected emitters are connected to the electrodes of the installations embedded in the dried partition, and in addition to the timer there is a transducer humidity to an electric signal that sets the time t breaking of positive pulses separated by negative pulses with a constant duration, not shorter than 50 ms. The solution according to the invention provides the generation of a positive and a negative voltage from two DC voltages - a periodically alternating voltage with a positive mean value for the period and shape similar to a rectangular wave, which it supplies electrode of the installation, the duration of positive pulses depends on the humidity of the wall, and the duration of negative pulses is constant, resulting from electrochemical phenomena occurring in the dried construction partition. Such a power supply to the installation, as a result of the dynamic drying and spreading forces of the hydrolobic agent, is characterized by high speed and drying efficiency, zv: ie increasedrr. the range of the penetration of the hydrolobic agent, reduced electrocross-vision. electrodes and automatic depolarization of the installation. The implementation of this system is very simple and reliable in operation, it can be constructed with the use of known DC power supplies. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of embodiment in the drawing shown in Fig. 1 its block diagram, and in Fig. 2 - its course the stresses on the electrodes in the initial drying phase, and in Fig. 3 - in the final drying phase of the building partition. The zero potential of a DC power supply consisting of a rectifier with a filter 1 and a stabilizer 2 is connected to the negative electrode 3 of the electro-osmotic installation embedded in the granite near the foundation. The output of the power supply for the constant positive signal is connected to one of the inputs of the timer 4 and to the collector of the transistor T1 forming one of the switching keys, while the output of the power supply for the constant negative signal is connected to the second input of the timer 4 and to the collector of the transistor T2 forming the second switching key. The bases of both transistors T1, T2 are connected to the outputs of the timer 4, and their emitters, connected with each other, are connected to the positive electrodes 5 of the installations embedded in the building partition. Also embedded in the building partition is a humidity converter and an electric signal 6 connected to the inputs of the timer 4. The sinusoidal alternating signal is transformed in the rectifier and filtering system 1 into a constant positive and negative voltage symmetric with respect to the zero potential of the power supply. These voltages are additionally stabilized against mains voltage fluctuations and changes in the load current. Positive electrodes 5 are supplied from a timer 4 through transistor keys switching on the alternating voltage formed from these two DC voltages, positive and negative, so that first a positive pulse is connected to these electrodes 5, the filling factor of which depends on the humidity of the wall, and then a pulse negative, depolarizing with a constant duration of 200 ms. The duration of this pulse depends on the inertia of the ions and is chosen so as to affect the electrochemical system of the wall. Adjustment of the duration of positive pulses is achieved by connecting the humidity transducer 6 to the inputs of the timer 4.140 265 3 Patent claim Electric connection system of the power supply to supply the electro-osmotic installation with an attached partition, embedded in it with a humidity converter *** ) *? with a rectifier with a filter and a stabilizer constituting a DC power supply as well as a time system and transistor switching keys, known by the fact that the zero potential of the DC power supply is connected to the negative electrode 3) electroosmotic installation embedded in the ground near the foundation and with the zero potential of the timer (4), and the outputs of the power supply for constant voltage signals, positive and negative, symmetrical with respect to the zero potential, are connected to the inputs of the timer (4), but the output of the power supply for the positive voltage signal is It is connected simultaneously with the collector of the transistor (Tl) being one of the switching keys, and the output of the power supply for the negative voltage signal It is simultaneously connected with the collector of the transistor (T2) being the second switching key, and the bases of both transistors (Tl, T2) are attached to the outputs of the timer (4), while their linked emitters are linked are connected to the electrodes (5) of the installations embedded in the "" "•" • * partition, and in addition to the timer, there is a moisture-to-electrical converter (6), which sets the duration of positive pulses separated by negative pulses of a constant duration, not shorter than 50 races. 140 255 U4 * U4 * T50ms Fi 9 2 T50ms Fig. 3?
