Abstract

FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has indicator of out-peak mode of power supply line, control unit and commutation unit. Commutation unit is designed as n commutation gates, where n > 1 is number of phases in supply line. Power output terminals of commutation gates are connected and provide device output for connecting load. Indicator of out-peak mode of power supply has n amplitude discriminators, which are designed as rectifier and threshold gate, which are connected in series. Discriminators are connected to power input terminals of corresponding commutation gates. Control unit has unit for setting priority of switching commutation gates and unit for delay of switching commutation gates which is designed as n delay gates for signal edge. Unit for setting priority of switching commutation gates provides generation of control signal at its first output for closing first commutation gate if signal at first input is presented. Said first input is connected to output of first amplitude discriminator. In addition unit for setting priority of switching commutation gates generates signal at its i-th output for closing i-th commutation gate, where n≥i>1, if signal is presented at i-th input, which is connected to output of i-th amplitude discriminator and signal at j-th input, which is connected to output of j-th amplitude discriminator, is not presented (j<i). Load of each phase of supply line is detected by corresponding level of phase voltage. EFFECT: automatic connection of such load as electric heater to alternating current supply line in out-peak mode of power consumption taking into account load at each phase of supply line.
