Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono na rysunku zawierajacym trzy figury z których fig. 1 przedstawia baton w widoku z boku, fig. 2 w widoku z góry a fig. 3 w widoku z przodu. Korpus 1 batonu ma ksztalt wydluzonej, owalnej bryly o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do elipsy. Kazdy z dwóch konców korpusu 1 ma plaska powierzchnie czolowa 2 nachylona pod katem okolo 90° do plaszczyzny podstawy. W widoku z góry baton ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami. Plaskie powierzchnie 2 uwidocznione na fig. 3 (widok A) ulatwiaja wzdluzne krojenie batonu. Batony wypieka sie z drozdzowego ciasta pszennego w formach piekarskich, nadajacych im jednakowe, powtarzalne ksztalty uwidocznione na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. Istotne cechy postaciowe wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie korpusu 1, którego kazdy z dwóch konców ma plaska powierzchnie czolowa 2 w przyblizeniu prostopadla do plaszczyzny podstawy korpusu 1, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt owalu zblizonego do elipsy.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bakery bar for use in catering. The new form and individual character of the product are evident in its shape. The industrial design is illustrated in a drawing containing three figures, of which Fig. 1 shows the bar from a side view, Fig. 2 from above, and Fig. 3 from above. The body 1 of the bar has the shape of an elongated, oval solid with a cross-section roughly resembling an ellipse. Each of the two ends of body 1 has a flat front surface 2 inclined at an angle of approximately 90° to the base plane. In the top view, the bar has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The flat surfaces 2 shown in Fig. 3 (view A) facilitate lengthwise slicing of the bar. The bars are baked from yeast wheat dough in baking tins, which give them identical, repeatable shapes shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The essential features of the industrial design are reflected in the shape of the body 1, each of the two ends of which has a flat front surface 2 approximately perpendicular to the plane of the base of the body 1, which in cross-section has the shape of an oval close to an ellipse.
