Baton piekarski Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 2000.10.04 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest baton piekarski. Nowa postac wyrobu przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig.1 przedstawia baton w widoku z przodu,fig.2 w widoku z góry a fig.3 przedstawia widok z boku. Korpus ma ksztalt wydluzonej,owalnej bryly o przekroju poprzecznym zblizo- nym do elipsy. Kazdy z dwóch konców korpusu ma plaska powierzchnie czolowa 2 nachylona pod katem okolo 90 do plaszczyzny podstawy. W widoku z góry (fig.1) baton ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami. Uwidocznione na fig.3(widok A) plaskie powie- rzchnie batonu ulatwiaja wzdluzne krojenie zapobiegajac niebezpie- cznym zeslizgom noza. Batony wypieka sie z drozdzowego ciasta pszen- nego w specjalnych formach piekarskich,nadajacych im jednakowe; powtarzalne ksztalty pokazane na fig.l,fig.2 i fig.3. The body has the shape of an elongated, oval solid with a cross-section close to an ellipse. Each of the two ends of the body has a flat front surface 2 inclined at an angle of approximately 90° to the plane of the base. In the top view (Fig. 1), the bar has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners. The flat surfaces of the bars, shown in Fig. 3 (view A), facilitate lengthwise slicing by preventing dangerous knife slippage. The bars are baked from yeast wheat dough in special baking pans, giving them uniform, repeatable shapes, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. PL PL PL
