UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 - pokazano uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu, fig 3 - uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono uchwyt w wi- doku perspektywicznym, na fig. 5 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu i na fig. 7 - uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifesting itself in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its decorative and functional effects, shape composition, color scheme, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the handle in a bottom view, Fig. 3 shows the handle in a longitudinal cross-section, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 shows the handle in a perspective view, Fig. 5 shows the handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 7 shows the handle in a longitudinal cross-section. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The furniture handle is characterized in that it is a composition of two oval, conical closed profiles resembling ellipses in cross-section flattened at the tops, constituting the feet of the handle and encompassing them, open on their side, a profile in the shape of a cuboid box without one of the longer walls - the body - formed in such a way that in the middle along the transverse axis its upper surface is arcuately concave and the longer sides are arcuately concave towards the center, as shown in the attached drawings fig.
