Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy mniejszy w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 2 uchwyt wiekszy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedstawiono mniej- szy uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 4, na której przedstawiono cze- sciowo rozlozony mniejszy uchwyt, na fig. 5 wiekszy uchwyt w widoku ogólnym i na fig 6 uchwyt wiekszy czesciowo rozlozony. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do ceownika. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the smaller furniture handle, Fig. 2 a general view of the larger handle, and in the photograph, in which Fig. 3 shows a general view of the smaller furniture handle, and Fig. 4 shows a partially unfolded smaller handle, Fig. 5 a general view of the larger handle, and Fig. 6 a partially unfolded larger handle. The furniture handle is characterized by having a generally C-shaped shape in a side view similar to a U-shaped profile. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in photographs, Fig. 3 to Fig. 6, is a two-part structure consisting of a channel-shaped body with slightly rounded outer edges and slightly protruding inner edges along the entire contour, forming a collar, inside which the second part of the handle is detachably placed – a filling element with a thickness less than the body, but the arms of the channel contain reinforcements and bushings that facilitate the connection of the handle to the substrate. The handle is available in larger and smaller versions. The handle can be supplied without the filling element. The filling element can be made of various raw materials and in various colors, e.g. stained wood or colored foiled plastic. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A furniture handle characterized in that it is a two-part solid consisting of a body in the shape of a channel with slightly rounded outer edges and slightly protruding inner edges along the entire outline, forming a collar, inside which the second part of the handle body is detachably placed - a filling element with a thickness smaller than the thickness of the body, but in the arms of the channel there are reinforcements and sleeves facilitating the connection of the handle with the substrate as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 6. 2.
