1 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny separatora, a fig. 134 9113 134 911 4 Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. A separator is known from the Polish patent description No. 87216, in which the poles form an air working gap in the shape of a trapezoid. In this slot, at the point of the greatest induction of the magnetic field, there is a sliding belt transporting the magnetic dust deposited thereon beyond the magnetic field. The location of the moving belt in the area of flowing dust reduces the dust-tightness and reliability of the device. The aim of the invention is to develop a separator structure in which the moving elements would be outside the area of flowing dust. In the separator according to the invention, magnetic poles are vertically arranged plates between which is rotatable, preferably in a horizontal position, at least one ferromagnetic roller having on its side surface teeth along a helical line. The roller is fitted with a non-magnetic shield which forms two working gaps on both sides of the roller with the plates constituting the magnetic poles. The non-magnetic shield can be non-magnetic cylinders superimposed on each of the rolls. The roller may have grooves intersecting the helical lines of the tooth. The main advantage of the invention is to obtain a high dust tightness and reliability by eliminating the moving parts from the dust flowing area. The subject of the invention is illustrated by an example embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. view from above. Between the vertical plates 1 constituting the magnetic poles are rotatably mounted. In the horizontal position, three ferromagnetic rollers 2 with protruding on their surfaces along the helical lines. On the rollers 2 there is a non-magnetic shield 3 profiled in a shape corresponding to the radii of the rollers. The shield 3 together with the plates 1 forms two working slots 4. The magnetic field in the slots 4 is excited by the DC coil 5, placed on the core 6 of the separator. by means of strips attached to the plates 1 from the working gaps 4, under the influence of the magnetic field, it is divided into non-magnetic dust falling vertically down to the outlet 8 and magnetic dust deposited on the non-magnetic cover 3 at the height the axis of the rollers 2. Due to the rotation of the rollers 2, the magnetic dust is transported along their axis to the end of the slots 4, where it falls to the outlet of the ferromagnetic concentrate. 134 9113 134 911 4 Claims 1.
