Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pierscionka. Pierscionek wykonano z bialego zlota i brylantu. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór pierscionka, wykonany z bialego zlota, trzykamieniowy, w widoku z boku - oprawka przypominajaca trzy litery „V. Kamienie - brylanty oprawione w koniczne oprawki czterokrapowe. Oprawka srodkowa jest wyzsza i wieksza. Krapy maja przekrój prostokatny. Szyna pierscionka jest plaska, pogrubiajaca sie ku górze i lekko zwezajaca ku dolowi. Rozciecie szyny w poziomie i ku górzetworzy listki w ksztalcie ostrzy, pomiedzy którymi sa umocowane oprawki. W górnej powierzchni listków wypilowania - wklesle wrzeciona. Pierscionek wedlug odmiany pierwszej wykonany jest z zóltego zlota. Pierscionek wedlug odmiany drugiej wykonany jest z zóltego zlota, zas kamien srodkowy to szafir. The essence of the industrial design is the ring's new and unique form. The ring is made of white gold and a diamond. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, which include: - Fig. 1 - view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 - front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 - side view of the ring. Fig. 4 shows the industrial design in its first form, Fig. 5 - the industrial design in its second form. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique design of the ring, made of white gold, with three stones, and a side view of the setting resembling three letters "V." The stones are diamonds set in conical four-point settings. The center setting is taller and larger. The points have a rectangular cross-section. The ring's band is flat, thickening towards the top and slightly tapering towards the bottom. The horizontal and upward cut of the band creates blade-shaped leaves, between which the settings are attached. The upper surface of the leaves has concave spindles. The ring of the first variety is made of yellow gold. The ring of the second variety is made of yellow gold, and the center stone is a sapphire.
