UCHWY T MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 - uchwyt z oddzielonymi nakladkami, fig. 4 uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 5 - przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 6 - uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z dolu i na fig. 7 - uchwyt z oddzielonymi nakladkami i na fig. 8 -uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym. CECH Y ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO 1. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt ceownika modyfikowa- nego w ten sposób ze linia krawedzi zewnetrznych, zewnetrzne plasz- czyzny korpusu i stóp stanowia proste lamane pod katem 90° w miej-scach laczenia tych detali, natomiast od strony wewnetrznej linia kra- wedzi biegnac równolegle do zewnetrznych w naroznikach sie pólkoli- scie zalamuje, przy czym stopy uchwytu sa gTubsze niz koTpus, a boki korpusu profilowane w kolnierz szerszy od niego, zas na naroznikach uchwytu umieszczono nakladki podobne do modyfikowanych trójkat- nych prostokatnych, których szerokosc jest mniejsza od szerokosci uchwytu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 4 i foto- grafii fig. 5 do fig. 8. 2. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kolor nakladek i ich faktura jest podobna do drewna, kolor plaszczyzn bocznych uchwytu jest rózny od koloru pozostalych plaszczyzn jak, to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 5 do fig. 8.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PLFURNITURE HANDLE The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle, intended to support the opening and closing of movable furniture elements. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the characteristic decorative and functional effects, composition, combination of shape, color, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the handle in a bottom view, Fig. 3 - the handle with separated overlays, Fig. 4 - the handle in a longitudinal section, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 5 shows the handle in a perspective view, Fig. 6 - the handle in a general view from the bottom, Fig. 7 - the handle with separated overlays and Fig. 8 - the handle in a longitudinal section. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a modified C-section in such a way that the line of the outer edges, the outer planes of the body and the feet are straight lines broken at a 90° angle in the places of connection of these details, while on the inside the line of the edge running parallel to the outer edges in the corners is broken in a semicircle, the feet of the handle are deeper than the body, and the sides of the body are profiled in a collar wider than it, and on the corners of the handle there are overlays similar to modified rectangular triangles, the width of which is smaller than the width of the handle, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and photographs Fig. 5 to Fig. 8. 2. Furniture handle It is characterized by the fact that the color of the overlays and their texture is similar to wood, the color of the side surfaces of the handle is different from the color of the other surfaces as shown in the attached photo from Fig. 5 to Fig. 8.
