Oslona nascienna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona nascienna grzejnika, stosowana w szczególnosci w budownictwie, jako element budowlany, to jest element mocowany na stale do sciany pomieszczenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci, w cechach ksztaltu oslony. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia oslone nascienna grzejnika w widoku perspektywicznym. Oslona nascienna uwidoczniona na Fig. 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do wygladu ceownika. Przekrój poprzeczny obydwu scianek bocznych oslony oraz scianki górnej ma postac trapezu prostokatnego. Szerokosc przednich boków scianek oslony nasciennej jest wezsza od szerokosci tylnych boków scianek oslony. Kat zawarty pomiedzy plaszczyzna powierzchni, do której przymocowana jest oslona grzejnika, a wewnetrznymi krawedziami scianek górnej oraz bocznych, jest katem rozwartym, nieznacznie przekraczajacym kat prosty Cecha Istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt scianek oslony nasciennej, które w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt trapezu prostokatnego, a szerokosc przednich boków scianek bocznych oraz scianki górnej jest wezsza od szerokosci tylnych boków scianek oslony. The essence of the industrial design manifests itself, in particular, in the shape of the cover. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the radiator wall cover in a perspective view. The wall cover shown in Fig. 1 has a shape similar to a U-shaped section. The cross-section of both side walls of the cover and the top wall is in the form of a rectangular trapezoid. The width of the front sides of the wall cover is narrower than the width of the rear sides of the cover. The angle between the plane of the surface to which the radiator cover is attached and the inner edges of the top and side walls is an obtuse angle, slightly exceeding a right angle. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the walls of the wall cover, which in cross-section have the shape of a rectangular trapezoid, and the width of the front sides of the side walls and the top wall is narrower than the width of the rear sides of the cover walls.
