Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz zdobnictwie poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l i fig.2 przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany wspornika. Podstawa wspornika ma zarys zblizony do pionowo usytuowanego stylizowanego prostokata, którego boki : dolny i górny maja zarys zlozony z szeregu luków i krzywych rozmieszczonych po zarysie luku, zas na podstawie, na dwóch usytuowanych pod katem wspornikach usytuowane jest ramie, które razem z wspornikami oraz fragmentem podstawy ma zarys zblizony do stylizowanego, odwróconego o 90° trapezu, przy czym ramie w czesci górnej ma postac stylizowanej sylwetki kobiety, przechodzacej w czesci dolnej w luk zdobiony szeregiem zachodzacych na siebie stylizowanych .,lusek" o zarysach luku, zas na koncu, ramie jest wywiniete do wewnatrz i zakonczone przylegajaca do niego od stronyzewnetrznej, równolegla do podstawy lampy oprawa, zlozona z szeregu figur geometrycznych : trzech walców przedzielonych pierscieniami, oraz ponizej pierscieni o malejacych srednicach, zakonczonych owalem, jak pokazano na figi. W drugiej odmianie podstawa wspornika ma zarys zblizony do pionowo usytuowanego stylizowanego prostokata, którego boki w czesci górnej zdobia motywy roslinne zlozone z szeregu luków i krzywych zas powyzej usytuowany jest szereg pierscieni o zarysach pólokregów i zróznicowanych srednicach, zakonczonych w czesci górnej owalem, natomiast w czesci dolnej podstawy usytuowany jest element o zarysie owalu ozdobiony szeregiem poziomych zlobien, ponizej którego usytuowany jest element o zarysie zblizonym do trapezu oraz ponizej pierscien zdobiony szeregiem zlobien o zarysach luków, zakonczony elementem zblizonym do owalu, zas na podstawie, na dwóch usytuowanych pod katem wspornikach usytuowane jest ramie, które razem z wspornikami oraz fragmentem podstawy ma zarys zblizony do stylizowanego, odwróconego o 90° trapezu, przy czym ramie w czesci górnej ma postac stylizowanej sylwetki kobiety, przechodzacej w czesci dolnej w luk zdobiony szeregiem zachodzacych na siebie stylizowanych „lusek" o zarysach luku, zas na koncu, ramie jest wywiniete do wewnatrz i zakonczone przylegajaca do niego od strony zewnetrznej, równolegla do podstawy lampy oprawa, zlozona z szeregu figur geometrycznych : trzech walców przedzielonych pierscieniami, oraz ponizej pierscieni o malejacych srednicach, zakonczonych owalem, jak pokazano na fig.2 PL PLLamp Bracket The right to register an ornamental design is valid from 9^.: ^.9.9.^.' The subject of the ornamental design is a lamp bracket, consisting of a base, arm, and setting. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and the ornamentation of individual elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show subsequent variations of the bracket. The base of the bracket has an outline similar to a vertically positioned stylized rectangle, the lower and upper sides of which have an outline composed of a series of arcs and curves arranged along the outline of the arc, while on the base, on two angled brackets, there is an arm, which together with the brackets and a part of the base has an outline similar to a stylized trapezoid, inverted by 90°, wherein the upper part of the arm has the form of a stylized silhouette of a woman, transforming in the lower part into an arc decorated with a series of overlapping stylized "scales" with the outline of an arc, and at the end, the arm is turned inwards and terminated with a fitting adjacent to it from the outside, parallel to the lamp base, composed of a series of geometric figures: three cylinders separated by rings, and below rings of decreasing diameters, ending with an oval, as shown in the figures. In the second variant, the base of the bracket has an outline similar to a vertically positioned stylized rectangle, the sides of which in the upper part are decorated with plant motifs composed of a series of arcs and curves, and above it there is a series of rings with semicircular outlines and different diameters, ending in an oval in the upper part, while in the lower part of the base there is an element with an oval outline decorated with a series of horizontal grooves, below which there is an element with an outline similar to a trapezium, and below it a ring decorated with a series of grooves with arc outlines, ending with an element similar to an oval, and on the base, on two angled brackets, there is an arm, which together with the brackets and a fragment of the base has an outline similar to a stylized trapezium, inverted by 90°, while the arm in the upper part has the form of a stylized silhouette of a woman, transforming into the lower part is decorated with an arch decorated with a series of overlapping stylized "scales" with the outline of an arch, and at the end, the arm is turned inwards and finished with a fitting adjacent to it on the outside, parallel to the lamp base, composed of a series of geometric figures: three cylinders separated by rings, and below rings of decreasing diameters, ending with an oval, as shown in Fig. 2 PL PL
