Slupek ozdobny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest slupek ozdobny nadajacy sie do odgradzania jezdni od chodnika wzglednie do wyznaczania sciezek w parkach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie zdobnictwie oraz ukladu linii. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zostal na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia slupek w widoku czolowym, fig.2,3, ksztalty zwienczen slupka, natomiast fig.4 inna odmiane slupka. Slupek ozdobny sklada sie z kolumny osadzonej na okraglym pierscieniu, która tworza dwa graniastoslupy szescienne, dolny-wiekszy, oraz górny-mniejszy, oddzielone od siebie trójkatnym wcieciem laczacym sie z ostroslupem o podstawie szesciokata, którego sciany boczne maja ksztalt wypuklo-wklesly i lacza sie z pierscieniem szesciokatnym o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Kolejny fragment kolumny ma w czesci górnej wystep, który tworza od dolu dwa pierscienie szesciokatne z których dolny jest mniejszy od górnego oraz pierscien okrezny, którylaczy sie z elementem ozdobnym w ksztalcie dzwonu. Dzwon zakonczony jest czescia walcowa o wkleslej pobocznicy, która ma dwie ozdobne krawedzie i zakonczona jest kolnierzem o zaokraglonej plaszczyznie i krawedzi, na którym osadzone jest centralnie ozdobne zwienczenie o ksztalcie stozkowym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.l, owalnym - fig.2, lub okraglym - fig.3, wszystkie zwienczenia maja na calej powierzchni ozdobny wzór zlozony z szeregu lini oraz krzywych przecinajacych sie wzajemnie, tworzac wzór kratownicy. Druga odmiana slupka ma dodatkowo ozdobny element o zarysie beczki, usytuowany ponizej zwienczenia slupka ozdobiony na calej powierzchni ornamentem przedstawiajacym motywy roslinne, zblizone do fragmentów lisci, majacy w czesci górnej i dolnej szereg pierscieni o malejacych srednicach, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.4. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, ornamentation, and line arrangement. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bollard from a frontal view, Figs. 2 and 3 show the shapes of the bollard's finials, and Fig. 4 shows another variation of the bollard. The decorative pillar consists of a column mounted on a circular ring, formed by two cubic prisms: a larger lower one and a smaller upper one, separated by a triangular notch that connects to a hexagonal pyramid whose lateral faces are convex-concave and connect to a hexagonal ring with rounded edges. Another section of the column has a protrusion at the top, formed from the bottom by two hexagonal rings, the lower one smaller than the upper one, and a circular ring that connects to a bell-shaped decorative element. The bell is topped with a cylindrical section with a concave side, which has two decorative edges and a collar with a rounded surface and edge, on which a decorative finial is mounted centrally, either conical, as shown in Figure 1, oval (Figure 2), or circular (Figure 3). All finials have a decorative pattern over their entire surface, consisting of a series of intersecting lines and curves, creating a lattice pattern. The second type of column additionally has a decorative barrel-shaped element, located below the column finial, decorated over its entire surface with an ornament depicting plant motifs resembling fragments of leaves, and having a series of rings of decreasing diameters in the upper and lower sections, as shown in the attached Figure 4.
