Abstract

System montażowy układu wydechowego charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch odcinków rur - króćców (1 i 2), a króciec (1) jest w części roztłoczony tak, że średnica wewnętrzna roztłoczenia równa jest średnicy zewnętrznej króćca (2). Na każdym króćcu są trwale przymocowane poprzez spawanie hakowe mocowania (3) sprężyn (4), a mocowania (3) zostały przetłoczone, wyoblone i dopasowane do kształtu króćców. W króćcu (1) jest wycięty rowek (6), natomiast w króćcu (2) zamontowany jest trzpień pozycjonujący (7) w celu uniknięcia obrotu całego systemu podczas użytkowania.
