Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest pojemnik na produkty spożywcze, hermetycznie zamknięty, który jest utworzony przez obudowę (1), uformowaną z materiału  zawierającego składniki wybrane z rodziny materiałów celulozowych i zawierającą podstawę lub dno (2) oraz ścianki boczne i czołowe (3), które we wzajemnym połączeniu otaczają komorę do przyjmowania produktów. Ścianki boczne i czołowa (3) mają górną krawędź (4) ułożoną w sposób ciągły wzdłuż obrysu obudowy (1). Pojemnik zawiera również pierścieniowy element wzmacniający (5), utworzony z materiału zawierającego składniki wybrane z rodziny materiałów celulozowych połączony na zakładkę i mający powierzchnię dopasowaną do górnej krawędzi (4) ścianek bocznych i czołowych (3) oraz folię (6) przyklejoną i połączoną z obudową (1), aby całkowicie zakryć wewnętrzną powierzchnię dna (2), wewnętrzne powierzchnie ścianek bocznych i czołowych (3) oraz wolną powierzchnię pierścieniowego elementu wzmacniający (5) tak, że tworzy warstwę lub powłokę pokrywającą pojemnik w celu ochrony i uszczelnienia komory przyjmującej produkt.
