In previously known solutions, priming of a pump, the suction pipeline of which is equipped with a table valve, is carried out through Pouring the liquid from the discharge pipeline or from the outside, through a stub pipe or an opening closed for this purpose, closed with a plug or a shut-off valve. The main disadvantages of these solutions are the difficulty of automating the work and the requirement for the tightness of the foot valve, whereas in the case of solutions in which the suction pipe is not equipped with foot valve, the pump is flooded by pulling a column of liquid as a result of creating a negative pressure in the pump that is being activated by means of additional devices, e.g. a vacuum pump. The main disadvantage of these solutions is the need to use additional devices complicating the pump system and its automation. The essence of the invention in the field of the method consists in the fact that a part of the suction pipeline with the foot valve causes axial vibrations. The essence of the invention in the field of the device is that the pump is connected to the suction part of the pipeline with a foot valve through a flexible connection, while part of the suction pipeline with a foot valve is connected with an axial vibration generator. The main technical and operational advantages resulting from the use of the method and device according to the invention are the possibility of automating the pump start-up and eliminating the complicated devices for generating a vacuum. The device according to the invention is constructed as follows.
