Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest filtr okapu kuchennego, przeciwtłuszczowy przeznaczony do odprowadzania i oczyszczania powietrza oraz spalin kuchennych, w zakładach żywienia zbiorowego. Filtr okapu kuchennego, składa się z zespołu szeregowych, o czworobocznym zarysie profilowych wzdłużnych komór i o meandrującym przepływie powietrza, z zamontowanymi skierowanymi w przeciwnych kierunkach uchwytami. Każda z komór posiada wlotowy szczelinowy kanał (4) utworzony pomiędzy boczną ścianką (2') i równoległą do niej powierzchnią boczną łopatki (9). Łopatka (9) to wzdłużna listwa, która przy wlotowym otworze (7) wlotowego szczelinowego kanału (4) jest zagięta kątowo, rozszerzając tenże otwór (7). Przeciwlegle do wlotowego szczelinowego kanału (4), w każdej komorze wykonany jest wylotowy szczelinowy kanał (1) utworzony pomiędzy boczną ścianką (2) i równoległą do niej powierzchnią boczną łopatki (3). Łopatka (3) to skośny teownik, nachylony w kierunku otworu (6) wylotowego szczelinowego kanału (1) i w kierunku umiejscowionej w ściance bocznej (2) kątowo zagiętej uskokowej listwy (5). Skos teownika wynosi od 65 do 130° i przystaje zagięciu kątowemu uskokowej listwy (5).
