Pompa prózniowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pompa prózniowa. Tego typu pompa prózniowa jest stosowana do pakowania zywnosci w przemysle spozywczym. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pompa prózniowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Wzór pompy prózniowej uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pompe w widoku perspektywicznym od góry i od jednego boku, fig.2 -pompe w widoku perspektywicznym od innego boku, fig.3 przedstawia pompe w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig.4 - pompe w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu i od jednego boku, fig.5 ilustruje pompe w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu i od drugiego boku, fig.6 - pompe w widoku od strony dluzszego boku, fig.7 - pompe w widoku od strony krótszego boku, fig.8 przedstawia pompe w widoku od strony drugiego krótszego boku, fig.9 jest widokiem pompy od spodu, fig.10 jest widokiem pompy od strony drugiego dluzszego boku, fig.11 przedstawia pompe w widoku od góry. Pompa prózniowa ma postac prostopadloscianu na którego jednejmniejszej podstawie i w osi symetrii bryly jest usytuowana obudowa silnika. Obudowa ma ksztalt walca zakonczonego misowata kopula z plaska powierzchnia koncowa na której sa umieszczone pionowo i poziomo przecinajace sie linie, otaczajace kólko. Na powierzchni tworzacej obudowy sa wzdluzne zebra , usytuowane równolegle i w nieduzej odleglosci od siebie. Od góry na obudowie jest prostopadloscienny element 0 podstawach zblizonych do kwadratu, a po obu stronach obudowy, na scianie pompy sa dwa walcowe elementy ustawione tworzacymi równolegle do obudowy. Zas prostopadle do obudowy w narozu tej sciany sa kolejne walcowe elementy stanowiace nogi pompy. W widoku od góry pompa ma, od strony obudowy silnika, prostokatna plytke o scietych bocznych, krótszych krawedziach usytuowana poprzecznie do obudowy silnika. Plytka sklada sie z dwóch czesci stykajacych sie w osi symetrii pompy i nieco pochylonych na zewnatrz wzgledem siebie. Mniej wiecej w czesci centralnej i na osi symetrii górnej sciany jest usytuowana kwadratowa plytka. Sciany boczne pompy maja liczne wzdluzne uskoki i zebra oraz zaglebienia i wystepy o róznej dlugosci i szerokosci. W widoku z boku pompa ma, na prostokatnych scianach stanowiacych dluzsze boki pompy liczne poprzeczne i wzdluzne zaglebienia i wystepy. W widoku z tylu pompy, krótsza jej sciana jest podzielona na prostokatne czesci górna, dolna 1 srodkowa, przy czym górna czesc jest najszersza, zas przeciwlegla sciana, w widoku od przodu pompy ma centralnie usytuowane kolo, a wokól niego trzy kola usytuowane w narozach sciany oraz liczne poprzeczne i ukosne linie. This type of vacuum pump is used for food packaging in the food industry. Compared to similar products of this type, the vacuum pump, as described in the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The design of the vacuum pump is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the pump in a perspective view from above and from one side, Fig. 2 shows the pump in a perspective view from another side, Fig. 3 shows the pump in a perspective view from above, Fig. 4 shows the pump in a perspective view from below and from one side, Fig. 5 shows the pump in a perspective view from below and from the other side, Fig. 6 shows the pump in a view from the longer side, Fig. 7 shows the pump in a view from the shorter side, Fig. 8 shows the pump in a view from the other shorter side, Fig. 9 shows the pump from below, Fig. 10 shows the pump from the other longer side, Fig. 11 shows the pump in a top view. The vacuum pump has the form of a cuboid, on one smaller base and along the axis of symmetry of the solid, the motor housing is located. The housing is cylindrical in shape, ending in a bowl-shaped dome with a flat end surface, on which vertically and horizontally intersecting lines encircle the circle. The housing's surface features longitudinal ribs, arranged parallel and closely spaced. At the top of the housing is a cuboid element with nearly square bases, and on either side of the housing, on the pump wall, are two cylindrical elements, positioned parallel to the housing. Perpendicular to the housing, at the corner of this wall are further cylindrical elements, constituting the pump's legs. Viewed from above, the pump has a rectangular plate with truncated shorter edges, positioned transversely to the motor housing. The plate consists of two parts, touching along the pump's axis of symmetry and slightly tilted outward. A square plate is located approximately in the central part and on the axis of symmetry of the upper wall. The pump's side walls have numerous longitudinal steps and ribs, as well as recesses and projections of varying lengths and widths. In the side view, the pump has numerous transverse and longitudinal recesses and projections on the rectangular walls constituting the longer sides of the pump. In the rear view, the shorter wall is divided into rectangular sections: upper, lower, and middle, with the upper section being the widest. In the front view, the opposite wall has a centrally located circle, surrounded by three circles located at the corners of the wall, as well as numerous transverse and diagonal lines. In the bottom view, the pump has longitudinal and transverse lines and four circles arranged symmetrically with respect to each other and with respect to the pump's axis of symmetry. In the top view, the axis of symmetry features a nearly square-shaped element with rounded corners and numerous concentric circles. The essential features of the vacuum pump are that it has the form of a cuboid on one smaller base and in the axis of symmetry of the solid there is an engine housing, wherein the housing has the shape of a cylinder topped with a bowl-shaped dome with a flat end surface on which there are vertically and horizontally intersecting lines surrounding a circle, and on the surface forming the housing there are longitudinal ribs, situated parallel and at a short distance from each other, wherein from the top on the housing there is a cuboid element with bases close to a square, and on both sides of the housing, on the wall of the pump there are two cylindrical elements set parallel to the housing, and perpendicular to the housing in the corner of this wall there are further cylindrical elements constituting the legs of the pump, while in the top view the pump has, on the side of the engine housing, a rectangular plate with cut side, shorter edges situated transversely to the motor housing, and the plate consists of two parts touching at the axis of symmetry of the pump and slightly inclined outwards in relation to each other, and more or less in the central part and on the axis of symmetry of the upper wall, there is a square plate, wherein the side walls of the pump have numerous longitudinal steps and ribs as well as recesses and projections of various lengths and widths, and in a side view, the pump has, on the rectangular walls constituting the longer sides of the pump, numerous transverse and longitudinal recesses and projections, and in a rear view of the pump, its shorter wall is divided into rectangular upper, lower and middle parts, wherein the upper part is the widest, while the opposite wall, in a front view of the pump, has a centrally located wheel and around it three wheels located in the corners of the wall and numerous transverse and diagonal lines, while in the bottom view the pump has longitudinal and transverse lines and four circles situated symmetrically with respect to each other and with respect to the pump's axis of symmetry, while in the top view on the axis of symmetry there is an element close to a square with rounded corners with numerous concentric circles, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-11.
