Zespól górny bezzawiasowego elementu zamykajacego ma os pokrywajaca sie z osia zespolu dolnego. Zespól górny ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu stozka scietego, przy czym na scianie bocznej stozka widoczne sa dwa ozdobne wklesniecia, a na tle kazdego wklesniecia znajduje sie ozdobny ornament, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.11. Nastepny bezzawiasowy element zamykajacy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje zespól dolny i zespól górny, przy czym zespól dolny ma postac bryly skladajacej sie z walcowego kolnierza oraz z walcowego segmentu zawierajacego wypietrzenie o stopniowanej srednicy i zawierajacego ozdobny ornament, który polozony jest od strony przedniej i tylnej. W osi zespolu dolnego znajduje sie wystep majacy ksztalt walca z rozszerzajaca sie srednica przy krawedzi górnej, przy czym na scianie górnej tego wystepu widocznych jest kilka kolistych otworów. Os zespolu górnego pokrywa sie z osia zespolu dolnego. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the hingeless closure element. The hingeless closure element is used as a closure for beverage bottles or food packaging. The hingeless closing element, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it comprises a lower assembly and an upper assembly, wherein the lower assembly is in the form of a solid consisting of a cylindrical collar and a cylindrical segment containing a raised section of graduated diameter and containing a decorative ornament located on the front and rear sides. The upper assembly of the hingeless closing element has an axis coinciding with the axis of the lower assembly. The upper assembly has the shape of an approximately truncated cone, with two decorative concavities visible on the side wall of the cone, and a decorative ornament is located against the background of each concavity, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 to Fig. 11. The next hingeless closing element, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it comprises a lower assembly and an upper assembly, where the lower assembly is in the form of a solid consisting of a cylindrical flange and a cylindrical segment containing a raised section with a graduated diameter and a decorative ornament located on the front and rear sides. A cylindrical projection with a widening diameter at the upper edge is located in the axis of the lower assembly, with several circular holes visible on the upper wall of this projection. The axis of the upper assembly aligns with the axis of the lower assembly. The upper assembly has the shape of an approximate truncated cone, with two decorative concavities visible on the side wall of the cone, and a decorative ornament is placed in the background of each concavity, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2, Fig. 12, and Fig. 13.
