Ornament na srodkowej czesci walcowej polozony jest od strony przedniej i tylnej, a segment górny obejmuje kilka pod-segmentów o zróznicowanych srednicach. Ornament na srodkowej czesci walcowej polozony jest od strony przedniej i tylnej, a segment górny obejmuje kilka pod-segmentów o zróznicowanych srednicach. W osi zespolu dolnego znajduje sie wystep majacy ksztalt walca z rozszerzajaca sie srednica przy krawedzi górnej, przy czym na scianie górnej tego wystepu widocznych jest kilka kolistych otworów. Zespól górny zawiasowego elementu zamykajacego polaczony jest z zespolem dolnym poprzez zawias polozony od strony przedniej. Os zespolu górnego pokrywa sie z osia zespolu dolnego. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the hinged closure element. The hinged closure element is used as a closure for beverage bottles or food packaging. The hinged closing element according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a lower assembly and an upper assembly, which are connected to each other by a hinge element, wherein the lower assembly has the form of a solid consisting of a lower cylindrical flange, a central cylindrical part with a decorative ornament, and an upper segment. The ornament on the central cylindrical part is located on the front and rear sides, and the upper segment includes several sub-segments with different diameters. The upper assembly of the hinged closing element is connected to the lower assembly via a hinge located on the front side. The axis of the upper assembly aligns with the axis of the lower assembly. The upper assembly has the approximate shape of a truncated cone, with a decorative recess visible on the side wall of the cone from the rear, containing a decorative ornament, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 to Fig. 13. The next hinged closing element, based on the industrial design, has the following essential features: it comprises a lower assembly and an upper assembly, which are connected by a hinge element, wherein the lower assembly is in the form of a solid consisting of a lower cylindrical flange, a central cylindrical part with a decorative ornament, and an upper segment. The ornament on the central cylindrical part is located on the front and rear sides, and the upper segment includes several sub-segments with different diameters. In the axis of the lower assembly, there is a cylindrical projection with a widening diameter at the upper edge, and several circular holes are visible on the upper wall of this projection. The upper assembly of the hinged closing element is connected to the lower assembly via a hinge located on the front side. The axis of the upper assembly coincides with the axis of the lower assembly. The upper assembly has the shape of an approximately truncated cone, and on the side wall of the cone, a decorative recess is visible from the rear, containing a decorative ornament, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 2 and Fig. 14 to Fig. 17.
