NAKLEJKA Z HOLOGRAMEM Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest „naklejka z hologramem" majaca zastosowanie do przyklejana do przezroczystego podloza, a zwlaszcza do szyby od strony wewnetrznej samochodu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac naklejki z hologramem, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy naciec i ornamentacji naniesionych na naklejke. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the hologram sticker, given to it in particular by the features of the cuts and ornamentation applied to the sticker. The industrial design is a sticker with a hologram in six varieties: a sticker with a NOC STOP hologram with cuts in Variation 1 - the shape of the letter "Y" and variable holographic elements in the lower part of the inscription - fig. 1 a sticker with a NOC STOP hologram with cuts in Variation 2 - the shape of a crow's foot* and variable holographic elements on the sides and in the lower part of the inscription - fig. 2 a sticker with a NOC STOP hologram with cuts in Variation 3 - the shape of the letter "Y" and variable holographic elements in the upper part of the inscription - fig. 3 0 . . A sticker with a hologram in the shape of a polygon or circle made of transparent foil with a welded left-hand readable inscription according to an industrial design is characterized in that in the central place it has the inscription NOC STOP made using the hot-stamping technique on a prismatic holographic-diffractive foil and variable elements made using the hot-stamping technique on a smooth, color-changing holographic foil and cuts that prevent peeling off without destroying the sticker stuck to the base, where the cuts can have different shapes, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The sticker with a hologram according to the first variant is characterized in that it has the shape of an octagon and four cuts in the shape of the letter "Y", where the upper part of the letter "Y" is turned to the center, creating a quadrangle in the central part of the sticker, and in the lower part of the inscription NOC STOP elements variables made using the hot-stamping technique, smooth, color-changing holographic foil, constituting a place for trademarks, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1. The hologram sticker according to the second variant is characterized in that it has the shape of an octagon and four cuts in the shape of a simplified "crow's foot", with the fingers turned towards the center, creating a polygon in the central part of the sticker, and in the lower part and on the sides of the inscription NOC STOP, variable elements made using the hot-stamping technique, smooth, color-changing holographic foil, constituting a place for trademarks, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 2. The hologram sticker according to the third variant is characterized in that it has the shape of an octagon and four cuts in the shape of the letter "Y", with the upper part of the letter "Y" turned towards the center, creating a quadrangle in the central part of the sticker, and in the upper part of the NOC STOP inscription, variable elements made using the hot-stamping technique, smooth, variable-color holographic foil, constituting a place for trademarks, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3. The fourth variant of the hologram sticker is characterized by having an octagonal shape and four cuts in the shape of a simplified "crow's foot", with the fingers turned towards the center, creating a polygon in the central part of the sticker, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 4. The fifth variant of the hologram sticker is characterized by having a square shape and four cuts in the shape of the letter "Y", with the upper part of the letter "Y" turned towards the center, creating a quadrangle in the central part of the sticker, and in the upper and lower parts of the NOC STOP inscription, variable elements made using the hot-stamping technique, smooth holographic foil color-changing sticker constituting a place for trademarks, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 5. The sixth variant of the hologram sticker is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a circle and four cuts in the shape of a simplified "crow's foot", with the fingers turned inwards, creating a polygon in the central part of the sticker, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 6. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. A sticker with a hologram in the shape of a polygon or circle, made of transparent foil with a left-handed, welded-in inscription, characterized by the fact that in the central place it has the inscription NOC STOP made using the hot-stamping technique, a prismatic holographic-diffractive foil and variable elements made using the hot-stamping technique, a smooth color-changing holographic foil and cuts that prevent peeling off without destroying the sticker stuck to it. the substrate, wherein the cuts may have different shapes, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 2.
