Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wykonania kól wirnikowych sprezarek i turbin.Dotychczas kola wirnikowe sprezarek i turbin wykonywane sa w ten sposób, iz oddzielnie wykonane zostaja lopatki i tarcza, z która laczone sa lopatki. Znany jest takze sposób wykonywa¬ nia kól wirnikowych z jednej odkuwki, w której frezowane sa lopatki w wielu operacjach kilkoma rodzajami frezów ksztaltowych.Sposób wykonywania kól wirnikowych sprezarek i turbin wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze z odkuwki jest toczona bryla odpowiadajaca zarysowi kola wirnikowego z uwzglednieniem nad¬ datku na lopatki, po czym sa frezowane promieniowe lopatki podcinane nastepnie u swoich konców w miejscu styku lopatek z tarcza, po czym podciete konce sa zaginane i przyspawane do tarczy na dlugosci podciecia.W sposobie wedlug wynalazku sa stosowane typowe narzedzia do obróbki skrawaniem, a nadto wymaga mniejszej ilosci operacji niz w sposobach znanych.Sposób wedlug wynalazku zostanie blizej wyjasniony na przykladzie wykonania z powola¬ niem sie na rysunek, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kolo wirnikowe z promieniowymi lopatkami podcietymi u ich konców, fig. 2 — kola wirnikowe w przekroju A-A dokonanym na fig. 1, fig. 3 — kola wirnikowe wykonane sposobem wedlug wynalazku, a fig. 4—kolo wirnikowe w prze¬ kroju B-B dokonanym na fig. 3.Z odkuwki jest toczona bryla odpowiadajaca zarysowi kola wirnikowego z uwzglednieniem naddatku naloptaki. Previously, rotor wheels of compressors and turbines are made in such a way that the blades and the disc with which the blades are connected are made separately. There is also known a method of making rotor wheels from a single forging, in which the blades are milled in many operations with several types of shape cutters. The method of making rotor wheels of compressors and turbines according to the invention consists in turning a block corresponding to the contour of the rotor wheel with taking into account the allowance for the blades, then the radial blades are milled, then cut at their ends at the point where the blades meet the disc, after which the cut ends are bent and welded to the disc at the length of the undercut. In the method according to the invention, typical machining tools are used and, moreover, it requires fewer operations than in the known methods. impellers in the section AA made in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, impellers made by the method according to the invention, and in Fig. 4, the rotor in the section B-B made in Fig. 3, a solid is turned from the forging, corresponding to the contour of the rotor, taking into account the allowance of the fleece. In the next operation, the radial blades 1 are cut at their ends at the point where the blades 1 meet the disk 2.
