Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce a work of overdesign without losing n advantage of simultaneous work of processing a blade root groove of a plurality of stages, by installing a plurality of blades to the blade root groove made in a work of broaching process, with outside diameter of the rotor in short blade stage made larger than outside diameter of the rotor in the other long blade stage.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor disc 1, 2, 3 of multistage, constructed in one unit with a rotor shaft 0, provides a shorter blade 11, 21, 31 as a rotor diameter of the disc becomes larger. In a method of broaching process, a blade root groove 10, 20, 30 is made a cutting construction in each disc at the same phase. A centrifugal force is less generated in the shorter blade, further with a dimension of the blade root becoming larger in accordance with the deeper cut blade root groove 30, and a margin of strength is provided, consequently, three short blades 31 can be installed to the rotor disc 3 and two blades 21 to the rotor disc 2 respectively in the same blade root groove 30, 20, providing an average level of strength with that in the longer blade stage against the centrifugal force, and a proportion of the blade pitch for the blade length can be also made in an average dimension.
