Description
Sposób ten mozna stosowac we wszyst¬ kich przypadkach, kiedy dodaje sie domasy papierowej odczynniki np. pocho¬ dzenia mineralnego lub organicznego, Sposobem wedlug wynalazku otrzymuje sie ladne efekty barwne.Tytulem przykladu przytacza sie sklad nastepujacy: do papki papierowej dodaje sie w ilosci 2% w stosunku wago¬ wym roztwór siarczanu zelaza lub siarcza¬ nu miedzi lub tez mieszanine, skladajaca sie z dwóch czesci siarczanu miedzi i jed¬ nej czesci siarczanu zelaza.Klisze pokrywa sie roztworem obojet¬ nego 50%-ego siarczku sodowego, który powoduje tworzenie sie siarczku zelaza, przyczem reakcje te mozna przyspieszyc, dodajac np. 2% sody i nieznaczne ilosci sulforycynianu sodowego. PLThe present invention relates to a method of printing on any kind of paper by means of a plate, and hence without the use of printing inks. This method consists of a reaction that takes place in a sheet between the compounds that the paper is impregnated with or coated with printing plates. These compounds should be inert and odorless, since the first of them cannot affect the quality of the paper, while the second should not lower the film. Moreover, the product of the reaction, being stable, should be easily removable, which enables reprinting on used paper. This cleaning is inadequate and cumbersome with the existing printing methods. Depending on the nature of the reagents, these may include black inscriptions on a white background, or colored characters and backgrounds. In the absence of fatty substances, you get characters or inscriptions completely clear. The printing machines do not change substantially. This method can be used in all cases where a mixture of paper compounds, e.g. of mineral or organic origin, is added. The method according to the invention produces nice color effects. The example is given as follows: a 2% by weight solution of iron sulphate or copper sulphate or a mixture consisting of two parts of copper sulphate and one part of iron sulphate is added to the paper pulp. The lumps are covered with a 50% inert solution. the sodium sulphide which causes the formation of iron sulphide, and these reactions can be accelerated by adding, for example, 2% baking soda and a small amount of sodium sulphoricate.
