Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ulepszenie sposobu szczepienia monomerów winylowych na wlóknach synte¬ tycznych, zwlaszcza poliestrowych z politerefta Ianu etylenowego i poliamidowych z polikaprolaktamu w proce¬ sie jednokapielowym wedlug patentu nr 106188.Sposób wedlug wynalazku rózni sie od sposobu wedlug patentu nr 106188 tym, ze do kapieli szczepiacej dodaje sie elektrolitu w postaci soli organicznych albo nieorganicznych rozpuszczalnych w wodzie, na przyklad octany, mrówczany, azotany, chlorki sodu potasu, litu, magnezu i wapnia, siarczany sodu, potasu, litu i magnezu, orto- i metafosforany sodu i potasu.Wprowadzenie dodatkowo do kapieli szczepiacej elektrolitu umozliwia przeprowadzenie procesu szczepie¬ nia z lepsza wydajnoscia, uzyskujac 2—3 krotnie wyzsze stopnie zaszczepienia monomeru w porównaniu ze sposobem wedlug patentu nr 106188.Przyklad I. W aparacie farbiarskim o dzialaniu okresowym wlókno poliestrowe z politereftalanu ety¬ lenowego traktuje sie kapiela zawierajaca: 50 g/dms kwasu akrylowego 10 g/dm3 benzofenonu 1 g/dm3 nadtlenku benzoilu 20 g/dm3 fosforanu trójsodowego Modul kapieli 1:10, temperatura procesu 95aC, czas trwania procesu 120 min.Po procesie szczepienia wlókno traktuje sie goraca woda w celu usuniecia homopolimeru i nieprzereago- wanych produktów, a nastepnie suszy sie i usuwa z wlókna resztki benzofenonu goracym powietrzem.Uzyskany w ten sposób stopien zaszczepienia poli kwasu akrylowego na wlóknie poliestrowym wynosi okolo 18% (przyrost masy wlókna).7 122 704 Przyklad II.
