Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze znajdowac równiez zastosowanie do pokrywania foteli w poj azdach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - pokazujacej tkanine obiciowa w widoku z góry. The fabric may also be used for covering vehicle seats. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the upholstery fabric from a top view. The subject of the design is presented in the attached fabric sample, Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made from natural and synthetic fibers. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design include that the upholstery fabric is fluffy, with the pile facing upward. Its surface is formed by protrusions arranged one next to another, where these protrusions have the outline of circles of different sizes or are close in outline to circles of different sizes.
