Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii nadajacym mu oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach przedstawiajacych kolejne przyklady wykonania nakladek progowych wedlug Fig. 1, 2 i 3.Nakladka wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru posiada ksztalt paska o dolnych zaokraglonych rogach z obwódka dookola. Po prawej stronie na ok. 2/3 powierzchni znajduje sie szachownica ze znakiem towarowym w jej dolnym prawym rogu. Po lewej stronie nakladki umieszcza sie napis dowolnej marki samochodu lub inny dowolny napis. Nakladka wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru posiada ksztalt prostokata. Po prawej stronie na ok. 2/3 powierzchni znajduje sie szachownica ze znakiem towarowym w jej dolnym prawym rogu. Po lewej stronie nakladki umieszcza sie napis dowolnej marki samochodu lub inny dowolny napis. Nakladka wedlug trzeciej odmiany wzoru posiada ksztalt trapezu. Po prawej stronie na ok. 2/3 powierzchni znajduje sie szachownica ze znakiem towarowym w je j dolnym prawym rogu. Po lewej stronie nakladki umieszcza sie napis dowolnej marki samochodu lub inny dowolny napis. Nakladki progowe wykonane sa ze stali, aluminium ,tworzywasztucznego lub innego materialu. Napis oraz linie o charakterystycznym wzorze naniesione sa na czolowa powierzchnie za pomoca folii samoprzylepnej w tym np. folii metalowej po uprzednim wycieciu przygotowanego napisu i wzoru na ploterze tnacym. Napis i przygotowany wzór moze byc wykonany tez metoda sitodruku. Metoda ta polega na drukowaniu specjalna farba do metalu a nastepnie wygrzewana metoda piecowa. Na strone dolna nakladki naklada sie warstwe tasmy dwustronnie klejacej, której jedna strona polaczona jest z podlozem metalowym nakladki. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving it a unique aesthetic appearance. The subject of the decorative design is shown in the attached drawings, which present subsequent examples of door sill protectors, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3. The protector according to the first design variant has the shape of a strip with rounded lower corners and a surrounding border. On the right side, approximately 2/3 of the surface, there is a checkerboard pattern with the trademark in its lower right corner. On the left side of the protector, the inscription of any car brand or other inscription is placed. The protector according to the second design variant has a rectangular shape. On the right side, approximately two-thirds of the surface is a checkerboard pattern with a trademark in the lower right corner. On the left side of the overlay, the inscription of any car brand or other inscription is placed. The third variant of the overlay is trapezoidal in shape. On the right side, approximately two-thirds of the surface is a checkerboard pattern with a trademark in the lower right corner. On the left side of the overlay, the inscription of any car brand or other inscription is placed. Door sill overlays are made of steel, aluminum, plastic, or other materials. The inscription and lines with a characteristic pattern are applied to the front surface using self-adhesive foil, such as metal foil, after cutting out the prepared inscription and pattern on a cutting plotter. The inscription and prepared pattern can also be applied using screen printing. This method involves printing with a special metal paint and then baking it in a furnace. A layer of double-sided adhesive tape is applied to the underside of the overlay, one side of which is connected to the metal base of the overlay.
