表面に対する窒化硼素粒子3部分の占める面積は
0.7〜24%程度好ましくは1.2〜11%程度と窒化硼
素粒子3の占める比率が少なくなつており、ま
た、窒化硼素粒子3を琺瑯釉に混在させて施釉す
ることにより窒化硼素粒子3を琺瑯層2の表面に
散着した状態とするときには琺瑯層2の縦断面を
みるとき窒化硼素粒子3が琺瑯層2中にも表層寄
りに多く分布するよう点在している。他方、第3
図は本考案の第2の実施例としての看板用パネル
素材を示すもので、1は横10m、縦70cm、厚さ
0.4mmの極薄鋼板1aの両面に0.02mm厚のアルミ
ニウムメツキ層1bを常法により施した金属シー
ト主体であつて、該金属シート主体1の少なくと
も一方のアルミニウムメツキ層1bに厚さ0.2mm
の琺瑯層2をその表面に無数の微細な窒化硼素粒
子3が散着された状態として層着してある。表面
における窒化硼素粒子3の占める面積比率も特に
限定されるものではないが全表面積の0.7%〜24

んで強く引き剥せば、該窒化硼素粒子3は極めて
離型性が良くてこの部分における接着力が小さい
ので容易に剥離されることとなるうえに張紙が部
分的に貼着されたまま表面に残されることがな
く、剥離作業が容易となるのみならず美観が損わ
れることもなく、長期耐用できる利点がある。な
